The fare here is usually snacks, no chef seems to be present. The hostess asks you a bunch of personal questions in a private room before seating you. While waiting for your table, they extract blood. The staff is nice and friendly.

Don’t waste your time and consume gasoline. Rude team. I had an appointment and I went 45 minutes early. The employee was rude. She didn’t tell me to sit down. She didn’t offer me water or anything else. she said, “Go and come on time,” even though the hall was empty. I am a continuous donor to the Red Cross. I said I don’t care. Once again, I am looking for another place to donate blood. Advice from a person. I now have four gallons of blood donation. This was the first and last time I went to this site.

Great central location. The place is well managed and I love the ladies there. I’ll admit it. Donating platelets is hard because you have to sit there and squeeze that ball with your fist for at least 2 hours. But I brought along a book on tape and listened to it with my headphones in, and that helped a lot. The best part is knowing that our donations will help somebody else. That far outweighs anything else about the experience. May God always bless the Red Cross.

I received an email from a colleague that there is a shortage of blood and there is an urgent need for blood. Decided to donate. I scheduled a donation. Drove 20 mins. Showed up for my appointment on time. They said sorry we dont do same day appointments, I was shocked. Someone else came and said sorry we are ahort staffed and had call ins and cant honor the appointment. Very disapointing. For something that only a live person can produce, and there is a shortage, you spend time and put effort and your donation gets rejected. Dispoi ting for those in need of blood.

I have been here pretty regularly over the past year to donate whole blood. I have had almost all seamless experiences, except for one phlebotomist that I had a negative experience with, who I haven’t seen since. All the other ladies have been wonderful, and sometimes with an appointment I am in and out in 30 minutes. They also take walk-ins pretty quickly. Very much worth it for the feeling of reward for saving a life.

I have been here twice to do a platelet donation. The first time they couldn’t get a vain and sent me home not being able to donate. They also were complaining the whole time about how long the other donors were taking. And that they keep playing commercials saying there is a shortage and that they actually have too much. Then today I show up at my scheduled appointment and they tell me I can’t give platelets but I can give whole blood. I gave whole blood 4 weeks ago so I couldn’t donate. Twice I went to this place to give a selfless gift and was turned away. I dont understand why it’s so difficult to give platelets here.

I donate whole blood at this location and I let them know I was so scared about donating because I have had some bad times donating. They made me feel 100% comfortable. This past weekend I donate platelets for the first time! I was VERY scared because they there going to put a needle in each arm to have to do the donation. But the woman that was there to set me up she was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She answer all 100 questions I had for her. But all the woman that where there working that day was awesome! I ended up not getting all my red blood cell all back because my vein in my right arm just didn’t like the needle that day but I will be back to donate because this location always makes me feel comfortable! Thank you all for being so understand and awesome at your job! You help save peoples lives everyday!

Saving lives, one donation at a time. Walk-ins are accepted, but it is easy to make a reservation online. No wait time (with a reservation)! I signed in and went right in to complete the questions (I used Rapid Pass prior to arrival), 10 minutes later and I was donating blood. Fast and friendly, and great after donation snacks and drinks! Donating blood is so easy!! Give blood and save lives!
