Rude. Lady turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. I made one, and she turned me away saying she already has someone in that spot. I get it’s last minute but if you’re saying you’re booked could you at least tell the app?

There is only one person that isn’t a good representative of what the American Red Cross stands for. She is always looking for a reason to deny me at any location I go to. The sad thing is I have never met this women before this. She is just a mean spirited human being. She is rude and had a nasty disposition. I will call everytime I want to donate yo make sure she isn’t working at that location. It’s sad when you donate because you want your blood to go to those in need and volunteer my time between work, kid’s to make sure I continue to give. The rest of the staff are always nice and have a great personality f.

They didn’t act all that appreciative when it came time for me to leave. They were all clustered into a group in the back with their phones and conversing instead of making sure I was okay to drive and thanking me for my donation. They never gave me my sticker that proudly says “I donated blood today. ” This was my 16th gallon!!! I called their home office yesterday and they will look into this.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Made giving blood a pleasure — I’ve been there 3 times & never had more than one vein stick. They were also good at explaining the process to my child to put him at ease!

It is a pleasure for me to donate but lately, because of scar tissue, it has not been pleasant. Vein not good in one arm. Other arm been used 30 years so their is scar tissue which can block the needle interfering with flow of blood. When tech’s try to move the needle, it not only hurts like heck, the arm throbs and looks awful the next few days, bruised and sore.
