it’s on the FIFTH floor! I didn’t read or look it up before hand so I was very confused and was late to my appointment! But they attended me so well, I liked that you can check yourself in on a laptop! All the people I had were so kind, I’m hard of hearing so I needed them to repeat a lot and they were very patient with me. Was expecting to feel the needle and nope, didn’t feel it, I wish I remembered who did it I’m so sorry! Filled my bag in 5 mins and enjoyed some refreshments! Yes I’ll admit it. I did go here because of the Snoopy shirt, Red Cross keep doing that and the blood crisis should become extinct!!

The staff at this location really took care of me. I decided to donate to get over my fear of needles and blood, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions before and after the process. I did wait past my appointment time, but I think it’s because they take time to ensure you’re given the attention you need while in the chair. Stephi and Eric were awesome and went above and beyond what I ever expected. They make me want to donate again in the future. Thanks!

I went here to donate a couple of days back and had a positive experience. I have to admit that I was a little nervous about donating here after reading some of the reviews of other donors. Fortunately, it ended up being a smooth and mostly uneventful donation. I did a PowerRed donation, which takes a little longer. The staff was courteous, attentive and checked in on me periodically. The facility is clean and there is plenty of parking for visitors. Overall, I would recommend this donation center and will consider scheduling here again if it is an option.

I’ve donated whole blood here a number of times and the experience varies. Generally they are nice and reasonably efficient but once, about a year ago, I checked in and took a seat right in the front and waited… and waited. It wasn’t busy. After about 30 minutes somebody noticed me or I asked someone and they said they’d get somebody. But nobody came and got me. I think it was another 45 minutes before I was called… They said they didn’t realize I was waiting!

This place is the worst place for blood donation. It takes forever for them to get you on the bed for the blood draw. You can’t make same day appointment even if appointment is available on the app. When you walk in they turn you down by their favorite lie”we are short staff”. Not too many people are willing to donate so why are you turning down the ones that are willing to donate ??? On the other hand I keep getting emails from them saying they are extremely in need of my blood type and someone’s life depends on my blood
