Very clean facility. Great staff but Logan is the best. He is always kind and gentle during the entire process. Total time for first visit is up to 4 hrs and second visit is maybe an hour of your time. Totally worth it for the money you can make donating twice a week. Helping others and getting paid. Great plasma sourcing is done at ADMA!

This is only my second visits both visits were way more pleasant than I expected after reading some reviews, my second time checking in was easy and quick the waiting area was nice and clean and the staff is so amazing Ms khia was sweet and generous with me I was so nervous but she took her time and explained everything from start to finish . I’ll be asking for her everytime now . Khadie was also really nice and she stated that she was training but I couldn’t tell . I appreciate these ladies for making this process easy and painless as possible thank you .

Extremely disappointed, after my first time giving they had a technical issue that closed this location for two weeks. I showed up multiple days to give to no avail. No information on when they would reopen, if at all. I returned 5 days after they reopened and gave, after the fact they wouldn’t honor my first month rate even though there was no possible way for me to do so in that time frame. The refused to make any adjustment despite my efforts and reasoning. This is most likely a corporate issue since the establishment and their employees aren’t at fault for the “technical issues” that closed them down for two weeks, and the “policies” in place that doesn’t allow them to make adjustments to the payment. The lack of accountability or acknowledgment about this matter is outrageous. I will not be returning. Not worth it.

Very clean facility and management has always addressed my concerns. However, the payouts have always been inconsistent or wrong. I stopped donating for these headaches. I received a call to return and was promised these issues had been corrected. I have donated again twice since that call. Both times pay was incorrect. Wait times have improved but the fight to get corrected payouts isn’t worth my time.

They say they’ll give you $100 per donation the first few times, but it is a lie. They only give $80. Sometimes they also get “so busy” that they forget to pay you, and you find out days later that no money was added to your card after they took your life saving plasma. Then when you go in and want to know where your money is (it’s already peanuts compared to it’s value) they say they’re too busy to deal with it at the moment and will get back to you when they can. STAY AWAY. This is a hustling company. Rude employees also.

The screening process is really fast. The staff is great. The pay out is good for now, hopefully the rates will increase next month and I love the personal tv sets on every bed.

This place is a JOKE!!! My boyfriend has been 3 times total. Was told the first 4 donations are 100$ each, well the first two times he went was only paid 40$ when he called and went there to talk to someone management wasn’t available. The third time he went to donate waited 3 hours donated and wasn’t able to receive his blood back so wasn’t paid at all. And not allowed to donate for 21 days. The fact he didn’t get his blood back should effect payment. Don’t waste your effort going here this place is poorly ran and disorganized.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly. My only issue is I was denied bc I have narcolepsy. I asked why and the woman didn’t know why but said I’m barred for life. I asked my narcolepsy doctor and he said he doesn’t understand why someone successfully treated with medication for 25 years would not be able to donate. The medication I’m on wasn’t one they didn’t allow. He offered to write a letter for me. I called and was told even with a letter from my doctor I would not be allowed to donate. My advice, the less you tell them, the better for you. Definitely don’t tell them you have narcolepsy!
