Payments are very low! They don’t train their staff correctly to take blood pressure Or poke you I have no known conditions but my blood pressure was reading so low I should have been on the floor but clearly healthy and they still wouldn’t let me donate. The lady checked it twice and couldn’t even get the cuff on right. I’ve never been denied. I take every step before coming into donate which includes hydrating and making sure my levels are up. I guess they just hire anybody

Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here that has no patience for stupid people, pot heads, bums, WT, etc. I wasted 2 hrs of my free time today. Just to get a second hand high. And lose my patience with a guy using his phone on speaker phone. There should be security and a management team that would enforce strict guidelines on behavior. What a joke

I wish I can give no stars the star is for the ones who are not disrespectful and unprofessional. I been going to this place for a while up until today. I have had it with the disrespect to myself and other donors here. The last couple of times in this month of August they been telling me my Iron is low or my protein is low and they deferred me. Okay no big deal after I make sure I take the necessary measures to make sure I am fit for donation (hydrate, eat well a meal with IRON, etc.) Today I walk in and go to the kiosk and attempt to do the questionnaire and I was told on screen to see the staff in the front, I proceed to the front and tell this “little” girl in the front that it is not working for me and to please fix it, I attempted again, same message, I double back and tell her again this time she made an unintelligent remark to me and I immediately asked to speak to her manager and when I did she called her self laughing in my face which made me even angrier. I am a calm person but if somebody pulls a move like that when I’m trying to talk to them I am not going to be calm. She called the other lady in the front and she was the one who stuck me the previous day before when I got deferred and that day she proceeded to flip my hand over to the back side up and proceeded to press the needle to my side of my finger. I immediately snatched hand back from her and told her which finger and where to stick me, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to stick fingers but all the fingersticks I have received in my life have I never had ANYONE TO TRY TO HIT ME CLOSE TO MY FINGERNAIL she got mad with me and she told me my Iron was low I know she was lying to me, I take multi vitamins and a double dose of Iron and eat Iron enriched foods. I left that day and took a loss. Couldn’t donate. Anyway this same woman came to me and tell me some gibberish saying I was referred for 2 weeks because of how many times I had low iron. You would think the 2 to 3 weeks they were closed they would fix their machines and bp cuffs. I can’t deal with the constantant fluxuating payout for all this bullcrap the donors take we need a bigger pay out if want to continue to have us as donors. Some of the staff don’t care they have this “we don’t care if you come or not we are still getting paid attitude” just plain out rude. Out of the whole staff there are only 3 or 4 good people up there the rest of them are messy, lazy, unprofessional they talk about each other they talk about the donors and their hygiene to other people, they will have you waiting just about all day to get you to the back if you pass the screenings. Ridiculous wait times people from out of town please be aware of these wait times make sure you have a clear day fooling around with ADMA of Hammond. All they do is stand around and gossip like messy hens and waste the donors time. Bathrooms are absolutely filthy never stocked with toilet paper. And also the wifi NEVER works I always have to burn my data when I need to waste time when they waste my time. I really don’t care what the staff here have to say if they ask me I will let them know, EXACTLY what I said, they are just going to gossip big time because I aired them out and about in this review anyway, y’all still going to see me for these Little COINS…and if I get any back lash from this I will be calling corporate about the mistreatment of the donors!

So my spouse donates plasma frequently. It helps others and provides some pocket change for little things. Also both of us being service members with multiple deployments, we know how important blood and plasma dontations are to Soldiers and first responders.

This place is one of the worst plasma centers. You get skipped and/forgotten about. Payments always have to be “adjusted” because they don’t scan it in the system correctly. I’ve waited days for my payment to be adjusted before. Unnecessary.

Used to be my favorite place to go. I was always in and out, which is great bc I have small children and don’t have alot of time. The last couple weeks tho has been a horrible wait time. If your gna donate expect to wait for several hours. Good staff tho

Apparently they sometimes decide to take a 2 1/2 hour lunch break because they’re “really busy and backed up.” Just a heads up for those of you who drive from an hour away.
