When they first opened, it was a challenge just to get in at this place, so I didn’t! Once they got fully staffed, I decided to try them. I can say that it was by far the best place for donating. Really nice staff, clean, pleasant facility with a good atmosphere, and best of all, quick service!

The website doesn’t state that you have to wait a week before donating if you’ve donated at a different center. It only states that you can donate twice a week. The first time I went to ADMA it wasn’t a week out (even though it didn’t exceed the twice/week limit), so I couldn’t donate. The second time I went, the nurse had gone home sick, so I couldn’t donate (since I was new to ADMA). The third time I was finally able to get in, but I was there for almost 5 hours because of how short-staffed they were. Then this morning I went to donate again, and was told they couldn’t do donations because they were waiting on supplies. I called later to see if I could come in, but there was no answer. I called again a few hours later, and the lady who answered the phone said they’re closing for the rest of the day. This center needs new management or something. It’s very poorly run/organized. I hate wasting my time and gas to be turned away.

This is a very nice place to donate. Its very clean and looks so professional. Hands down the best out of the other places I was considering my first donation. The staff was very nice and polite. Front desk young lady walked me through the process and it went so smooth. Once I got to the donating station, I was at ease because everyone was so happy and upbeat. I would recommend to a friend.

I may have given a four – or five-star rating if they ever answered their phones! They have been temporarily closed for almost two weeks, and no one answers phones to let ya know if they have reopened! So the google page had said it was temporarily closed. Then it said they were open! You have to drive there, in my case, about 7 or 8 miles! And they’re still closed when ya get there! What elese are you supposed to do when they never answer their phones? Even when they were open, they hardly ever answered! My new patient deal had also expired during this situation! How many customers had to deal with the lack of communication? Also, there is no way to contact any sort of customer service or corporate numbers that I can find to get answers! I’m hoping they make it right and compensate all of those who were affected by these unfortunate circumstances! This is not a hit on the employees themselves, but hopefully, a wake-up call to the corporate terds who feel it necessary to hide behind their employees and take no responsibility! UPDATE: FINALLY REOPENED! JULY 1ST

I was turned away I assume was because I mentioned in extreme hot conditions I can possibly faint but have not in over 12 years (I am always honest when it comes to my health), I was told to get a clearance letter from my doctor which I did and they still did not accept that. Ashley Joyce is very rude, she also never responded to my email. I never got clear answers as to why I was really denied and was told they are not medically able to? Will not recommend this place to anyone.

They claim my protein was low and I know for a fact it wasn’t. I have missed at least 7 of my new donor fees because they lie to me about my protein the staff even said that they dont want to give out much money which is why they do that…bad business

I really love the new center the staff are kind and the place is clean they also have tvs you can watch. But i do not like that you go off of weight to determine how much we donate but do not get more compensation when most places has set ml for certain weight that doesn’t exceed 880ml . This is the only place I have ever had to donate 1000 ml. Also compensation for returning donors is 40/60 come on now y’all can do better than that. those are the 2 main reasons I will not return after new donor promotion

Best in the triad! Usually never a wait even as a new comer! Clean and updated! Never been hurt or stuck wrong and always on the first try! If you go be sure to ask for Mary! She is always working with a smile that will brighten your worst day! Everyone is so sweet customer care is always top tier!

I call almost every day to donate plasma here and every day I get a different answer to if they take walk-ins. We took an hour bus ride there yesterday after being told they would accept us just to be turned away when we got there for no reason. I called today for the last time due to the man answering the phone being extremely rude. I asked if they took walk ins per usual after a very rude greeting and got a sigh and a harsh “no” I then proceeded to get hung up on after a pause. Extremely bad customer service from him, I wish I had caught his name.

It’s not fair to the 90% of staff that are courteous and professional (Mary, Tavis, and many others) that the actions of one employee who is neither compel me to come here for this review. The short young man who works mornings is very unprofessional and treats some donors as if his time is more valuable than theirs.
