Great customer Service. Everyone is so nice. Diana is fabulous and helped me so much the first time as things got screwed up and I waited to long because of some glitch. She swooped in and personally took care of me from there. I told her I wanted the best person to stick me and she got me Chanel who was really good and gentle. I asked Diana if Chanel was not there who else was really good and she said Trey. I had him today and he is just as awesome. So far so good!

They play to much, touch to many things then wanna stick you with same gloves. I witnessed people machines going off including mine “No Flow”. …they continue to wipe down chairs rather than checking donors, We as donors need to be treated with respect and dignity! For it to be in “Cherry Hill” smh, I expected better!!

This place was a breath of fresh air. After experiencing b positive I was glad to be here. Way different. Whole process took less than a hour before I was in the back donating. Also money for donating was on my card when I got to the exit compared to waiting an hour or two at another place. Everyone was very nice and professional. Totally different experience. If ur going to donate do it here.

The donor experience is getting worse and worse. ABO might compensate the donor better than all the other plasma places, BUT they clearly do not pay their phlebotomists. Cherry Hill is soooo tragically understaffed that a “visit” takes 3 to 4 HOURS!!! An established repeat donor only needs 45 minutes on the machine. Our anger is justified. Why should we be forced to waste half a day for something that really takes an hour? The turn over in staff is staggering. New staff are rushed onto the floor without enough training or practical experience. The compensation is NOT worth the agitation and aggravation. The full donor floor is never in use. As the phlebotomists struggle, management is no where to be seen. As donors wait in hours long line for one of the many empty beds, some phlebotomists leave the floor–leaving their co-workers unable to keep donors rotating in and out. Why not hire several techs just to disconnect and prep bed for next donor like CSL??? Donor turn over is how ABO makes money–more plasma, more profit. So why would they not go above and beyond to use the facility fully? The overall experience was better under B Positive management.

The WORST center of them all. No sense of urgency, no organization, absolutely filthy, it goes on and on. I gave up on this center four years ago when they violated my HIPAA rights. I came back to see if anything changed. If at all possible, I think the center is worse. I have currently been sitting in the chair for an hour just waiting to be stuck. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is outrageous there was a time when I’ve over heard the donors being very disrespectful and not following the centers rules.Over the years I’ve heard the some of the donors threatening the workers and I feel like that is unsafe for the employees you guys should invest in security. Let’s not start talking about some of workers there this one work that be there in the morning at booth #1 is very nasty she farts, sneezes and spits in the trash cans in front of the donors and the tall black supervisor that been there forever has been talking about the donors and gossiping to her coworkers and they be on their phones which I feel like that’s very unprofessional

They need to pay the staff more so the good ones stop leaving because the new hirers are TRASH! I mean, are they just grabbing folk at the bus stop across the street and putting a lab coat on them at this point? The donor experience has disintegrated for some time but my recent visit this week shown me that ABO in CherryHill is a lost cause. I tore up the card and won’t be going back, ever.

They provide conflicting information over the phone. I spoke with a woman on 4/17 who said she will mail me correspondence as proof of address. I called twice to follow up and today a woman answered and said she did not know what I was talking about and said I called the wrong number. She said she needed to put me on hold and hung up. I tried calling back and no answer. If this is the experience ABO provides over the phone, my in person experience would’ve been worse. Save your time and find another location to donate plasma.

Horrible experience over the phone! It made me just not want to go to my first appointment. Rude and unknowledgeable staff!!! One woman even told me I must be calling the wrong place when she was unable to answer my questions then proceeded to tell me to hold on but actually hung up on me! If the service is this horrible over the phone then I cannot imagine how it is in person going through the donation process! Beware!!!!
