My experiences have been awesome! The workers do talk but they interact with the donors as well. I’ve been going for a couple of months and I will definitely continue to donate at ABO! Clean building but like everyone probably, I think pay should start higher than it does. Again other than that I will continue to donate there.

This is the only place I’ve ever gone to donate plasma, and I’ve been pretty much happy with the experience so far. In fairness your experience will be enhanced having the right person tending to your procedure, as I have run into issues with people not doing a good job with the procedure and leaving my arm bruised but I can’t blame the facility as a whole, it’s trial and error and knowing who to trust with your arm.

Horrible, horrible first experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the phlebotomist who stuck me did not realize she had not added my bag of saline to rehydrate me. I ended up sweating, clammy, nauseated and dizzy. I had to stop 90% of the way because the needle actually fell out of my arm. Very disappointed in my experience. And the staff wrote that I had refused a needle for blood return- which is not acceptable and malpractice. Every patient should automatically get saline for plasma donations, and I know this as a certified phlebotomist myself. I will NOT be coming back to this location or other locations for ABO plasma.

Doesnt feel clean at all. Theres a bald guy in there he is a must avoid he will bruise your arm while working at the speed of a turtle. I would only use this place as a place to grab the promo amount of money and find someone else. A definite must miss place much better plasma places in the area

This might just be the worst place in Jersey for plasma donations. Most staff members are rude with an attitude and they couldn’t care less about you. Either they wake up on the wrong side of the bed, or don’t even want to be there. Save the time you’ll waste going here by going somewhere else.
