I have been donating at this location for years and honestly had never had a problem in the past. This past week a new system has been set up, I understand that any change over in systems is going to have a few glitchs. The change over was not that bad, however with the new system came new requirements. Excess finger printing and SS# usage, although this was not the part that bothered me the most. I was taken back to a room for what I thought was to be a physical, in stead I was given a video to watch and a few papers to read and sign. As I was reading the papers I spoted a few flag words like, attorney, and investigations. I asked what this paragraph meant and what it was all about and wa answered with ” I really have no idea.” So at that point I asked if there was anyone in the office who could explain this – answered ” I don’t think so”. At that point I asked, Well can I at least have a copy of this paper for further study, to which I was answered, ” I’m sorry but it’s against copy policy “. In the past , at least , six years I’ve been kept in the dark by anyone at this office so this was a very big shock. I’m not sure what all of this is but I’m not really happy about it and I would suggest to everyone that you need to full disclosure when dealing with any company. I WON’T BE BACK. AMF

Tried to donate, and even though I brought proof of my address (my lease) I could not donate because I can’t receive mail where I live. Keep in my I was there the day before, showed yhe same proof of address, but didn’t have my social security card with me. I was told my proof of address was fine, just needed to have my ss card. Different rules depending on who you ask… what a waste of time and ga$

Tl:dr Deceptive business practice and shady af… Borderline Dsicrimantory against those who didnt happen to be donating on the 23rd. Insulting and close minded absence of customer service as I tried to make my case.

The staff is amazing and always professional. The reason for this review is that, the company stopped paying veterans the $5 extra for each donation. A company that makes thousands of dollars per donation and yet they still need more money because the $5 is crucial. This from a company that is making 400% profit after all of its operating costs. I’m all about profit, but come on, you are going to lose a lot of donors because of this decision, that by the way they failed to inform the donors until we asked about it. Truly disappointing by this business these days.

If I could I’d give it less stars, the only thing required to work here is a High School Diploma or GED and it shows. The staff is very rude, the service is pitiful, and they never give you the right amount of money or the amount they ensure you they will give you. This place is a joke and a sorry excuse for a “professional” medical center. My girlfriend got stuck 6 times in one visit and they STILL managed to have no flow, short us $30, and refused to pay the full amount of the inconvenience fee, not to mention I called for 3 days straight before anyone answered the phone and on the 3rd day had to call 12 times in a row then wait on hold for 41 minutes AND call a final THIRTEENTH time before I got to speak with anyone. Also they almost put a thermometer in my mouth that had BLOOD on it. Yeah. Never going back again!

Would leave negative stars if I could. Rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with and this is coming from someone who’s been a cashier and server for almost 6 years. Their website explicitly says walk-ins welcome but apparently you’re gonna need an appointment. Forget about calling them to make one! Tried calling six times in a row, one time inside the waiting area of the donation center (not a single phone rang btw), only to leave a message that nobody is gonna listen to. Don’t waste your time and if you’re anxious about the possibility of getting stuck multiple times, you should be
