DO NOT DONATE HERE. Find another location. I have donated platelets and blood multiple times elsewhere and never had a single problem nor experienced staff who seemed so clueless. My brother and I both went to donate and the staff blew both of our veins and had no idea despite immense swelling/pain until other staff members came over and told them to take the needles out of our arms. My phlebotomist also got blood all over my clothes. I am a frequent donor and I love to do so, but this place is not up to par. Save your veins.

The phlebotomists are gentle, caring, and fun to be with. The facilities are clean. The chairs are comfy. And there are individual TV screens at each seat, playing Netflix.
