Horrible place I tried 3 times to do my first donation the first time I went in there halfway through the process the computer system went down so I got turned away and had to come back a couple of days later. Second time I had to go through the whole process again and dealt with a young lady that was falling asleep while running me through the process. I get to the section where they do the testing and they were short handed I got turned away for the second time. And now here it is the third time to do my first donation then they tell me I have to go through the whole process again I told them this is ridiculous a professional company like this shouldn’t be this difficult to help people out I will not recommend this place and if I could really give it no stars I would very unprofessional place very unprofessional people

I like all of the staff! They have always been fantastic. BUT…. This CSL has the lowest return donor fees of any CSL I’ve been to. I’m in the lowest weight category and I get $35 per donation. For the wait time and amount of money CSL makes off of our plasma, they should definitely be paying return donors more each visit.

I was discriminated against because I have stable multiple sclerosis which is against AMA, ADA, MS society, and red cross rules. Their medical professional has absolutely no medical training – zero. He is a clerk masquerading as a medical professional. I know this because I am a licensed registered nurse with a masters degree and he admitted that he has zero medical training. I am reporting this place to all the federal agencies i can think of. BEWARE THIS IS SO MEDICALLY INAPPROPRIATE.

Less than 1 star is more appropriate. Used to be great, I’ve been doing this a side hustle for about 3 years and I have watched this place steadily decline. Used to be great when Dennis and even Sam ran it, but the managers they have now are clueless how to schedule staff, confrontational when donors voice complaints, and they talk condescending and degrading to their employees. The pay scales are lower than before and unfair regarding to weight classes getting the same pay rate. They recently lowered the $55 payout to $50 dollars on the first donation of the week and $10 bonus on the second for the first 2 weeks of the month. It’s the same money as before but they act like it pays more. They do nothing for the long time donors like myself who have reached platinum status. They used to give a gold card at least where you were able to get an express pass to the front of the line. Like I said this was a side hustle for me and just an easy way to make a few hundred extra bucks which I used to pay my son’s rent for school. Don’t need it just a nice extra fund. Don’t think I will be back and will try the other plasma center here locally.

Have not been in facility yet in Corpus Christi on Ayers, and may NOT GO. I have been calling for two days straight. Some calls are cut off, rings till I get a busy signal, answered then hung up on. So if this is there customer service then I can imagine what the staff is like in person. NO THANKS. First impressions are the only ones that count.

So after a 3 hour wait I am informed that I have to go to medical. I refuse to go and instead go home and file a complaint. When I get called back from the complaint the woman accuses me of yelling in an attempt to end the call. After informing her that not liking my question about why I was in the front by for 3 hours she tells me to have a nice day and hangs up on me. This place is not worth the time or frustration.
