I’ve been coming here weekly since January and they have gotten better and better. It used to take a really long time to get through but they have gotten a lot faster. The people are always nice

Zhe the lead tech is the best member of this team. She always has a smile, never had to stick you more than once, and is the first person her team calls on for assistance. This wonderful young woman makes this experience worth it. And shout out to Gina for being great as well.

First donation took forever. I can understand that though, as they have steps to follow. At the end, the technician caused a hematoma when he pulled it out which caused me to not be able to donate again for a week (I was turned away after driving 40 minutes and wasting an hour there.) The same technician was also joking around with his buddy in front of all of us about how they had just been written up. Super professional…. Today I was turned away because my heart rate was 1 over their boundaries. What a waste of time and money.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Ashley. She was the individual who stuck me yesterday and also bandaged me up once the donating process was finished. I sat down and explained I was running behind (I had an appt at 2:55 and had to be at work at 4.) Although they did have other patrons at the time, I felt she took that into consideration and was able to get me in and out as efficiently as possible. I genuinely appreciated her attentiveness! I also saw her having a positive attitude with the patrons before me, (I still had to wait my turn like the next person does) but we all have lives, and she does not get paid to care about myself or my schedule. Thank you for being awesome! A+ customer service. I will definitely be back to BioLife.

It’s been over 3 hours …..I approximately left my appointment around 3:45pm and had it scheduled for 11:30 am. I have been waiting for my funds to arrive to my card but no pending balance is shown. My technician noticed my veins weren’t that large but still adequate for a donation, although in the midst of her about to insert the needle, she stopped midway and left to get a second opinion by which her colleague said no… I asked if I was still able to collect some sort of funds for the time I spent there and the attempt of a donation, by which she said yes….. I keep calling the facility in hopes of an answer but I’m constantly hung up on every time my call goes through. Im pretty adamant I was lied to, so a problem wouldn’t arise on the property. I understand the policy of no payment promised but I jumped so many hoops and stayed patient just to be lied to after there were an attempts made at a donation!! Totally unprofessional, even though I’m a new donor it’s still not right

Typically very clean. Mini fridges in the waiting room, but never any water inside. Turning on the TV in the waiting room wouldn’t be bad. Employees are nice and helpful.

Today was my first time ever trying to donate today and the two young ladies that look no older than 19 was very rude the Hispanic and Black girls that takes vitals needs more training on their customers services skills especially when the customer isn’t being rude to them. I will NOT be coming back.

The staff used to be great but now I can’t spend less than 3 hours up there which is just a little much. My sister is a nurse and we believe in helping when we can, but I can barely schedule it around anything. These ladies would rather talk and gossip that’s all it is. I hear all about their weekend plans and lunch plans while I sit for over an hour waiting to be hooked up. And same with bring unhooked. Just chit chat chit chat. Trash talking managers which we all do but time and place people. I have to schedule on days off exclusively now, and even then I can’t spend 3+hours up here. Make it better for others please, I know they get paid good, so the least they can do is have some slight sense of urgency. People making a lot less for a lot more work. And they just did a lil program. I know two of these girls personally and my sister is a nurse so I’m not speaking out of term here. They don’t even acknowledge you, you sit there for an hour and a half.
