I love this center, the staff are professional and laid back. Thy are short handed however they work super hard to ensure each of the donors are taken care of and they come by through out the process to ensure your feeling ok. That’s a lot! Other places in the area could care less so that makes me very happy here! And I must say the phlebotomist Gwen that did my stick was the best and most knowledgeable I’ve seen this far! Thanks guys, y’all rock!

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The first time going takes longer because of health screening and all that but everyone works efficiently to get you through quickly. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean place, and just all around great atmosphere.

Stood in line for an hr to be told my iron was low not 2 mention I was just there yesterday and was told the same thing and from yesterday afternoon till this morning I lost 3 pounds like how? Everytime my donation price gets ready to change this is what always happens for the simple fact my iron has never been low 2 days in a row. I love the staff there they are excellent it’s just irritating I have a family to feed also

I enjoy this place and most of the people working here, but today I felt so embarrassed during my visit. They pulled me aside because my top was ‘too revealing’ and they made me put on a shirt because of people making comments about me. I don’t know what is wrong with people, it’s summer, it’s hot outside, women with bigger bodies are gonna wear tank tops and I appreciate them giving me a shirt but overall it was an embarrassing thing. I’m working on my self confidence and then I get treated like this when I step out of my comfort zone. I put the shirt I was wearing below… I really don’t think it’s inappropriate, I didn’t realize there was a dress code here.

The first time my wife and I donated, the phlebotomist Gwen was amazing and made it a great experience for us. We were both a little nervous about the needle. I give our first experience 5 stars.

Not good!! Stood in line for 50 minutes to get checked in because they only have one person checking in, not the first time this has happened, to be told you’re not eligible to donate. That’s all fine and well, but 50 minutes in line to be told this. Desperately need more people checking donors in.

Great experience throughout the whole process! I am TERRIFIED of needles and these needles aren’t tiny that they use, but the nurses are well educated and extremely knowledgeable and talk you through the entire process!! I am usually a very hard person to get blood from and I had absolutely no issues with these nurses!! From the moment you walk in the door your greeted and just made feel at ease especially if it’s your first time!! Thank you to the staff!! You guys Rock!! ❤️❤️

Usually get in and get out. Sometimes lines are long but you have to expect to wait when that happens. Great staff and only plasma office I’ve ever donated at

I had no problems until my 8th & last time donating. The manager couldn’t get the needle in my arm, she claimed it was because i was curling my arm but ive donated countless times never had one problem so idk what what wrong with this woman but she went in sideways and also way too far in with the needle. After pulling it back some and moving it side to side she still couldnt get it in right. After toturing me for about a minute i politely ask her to remove the needle from my arm which she did then passed it off to another staff member who tried my other arm and for some reason completely missed my vien too because she also went in too far and way too far to the side as well which caused a huge bubble to pop up on my arm so they ended the donation and paid me 65 but left both arms bleeding and bruised and 5 days later im still bruised pretty bad. Like i said before ive been there many times with no issues and I’m not one to complain but i find it hard to believe someone is a manager and does this everyday for a living and couldn’t even put an iv in right. She should go ahead and retire. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever coming to this place, i know i never will again. On the way out one of the staff also ughed me as i went passed walking to the door so yea very unprofessional and rude staff with a messed up manager. You really need to straighten that place out. Thank you have a nice day.

My husband has been coming here for a while and the past 6 times he’s donated they screwed up his arms and all the employees worry about is standing around talking. Need to get fully trained staff that knows exactly what they are doing. With all of that being said wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
