I was honestly terrified… I hate needles and getting my blood drawn so I was hesitant to donate. It took me months to get the courage to go in and the first time I was so anxious I didn’t think I’d return but the people who work there made it much better. They were warm and personable and made sure I was feeling okay and comfortable. I did go back!! And I’ll be back again! Thank you guys!

They opened at 7:05am not one screening was started until 7:30am, poor management poorly organized not focus need to improve people standing in line getting frustrated if your company is going to be late they individuals standing in line should be compensated for their time.

Virginia Beach locations are great. Clean and professional. Portsmouth was the first location I attended and not only did they not honor my referral, 75% of the time I go to the Portsmouth location they infiltrate my vein. I will not be returning to Portsmouth.
