There are my favorites that work there and I am always excited to see them. Not sure how the new company can show appreciation to the staff. Everyone seems tired and irritated lately. A smile goes a long way, also the website says $75.00 in 2023 for donations. Why are we only getting $70? That should be corrected one way or another.

EDIT: They responded to my complaint by telling me to reach out, and have not responded in any way. I tried email, online forms, and calling. They do not care and are just putting on a face. Please do not go here.

They don’t staff enough people so you’re constantly left waiting. They only staff one person to run the front desk, manage kiosks, and run the 3 screening rooms. I would think they’d staff accordingly but it feels like they’re just trying to squeeze out all the profit they can. Also, if you have to see the medical specialists, you’ll have to wait an hour or so because they also only staff one of them too.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this place but today not so good. Maybe it’s because BPL is no longer BPL, it’s Ked plasma. There was only one person in the back area doing any real work. That’s not fair to him or the donars who have to wait for extended periods of time.

Staff is super friendly. It’s fairly difficult to donate here, though. They don’t take appointments, so the wait times for screening are super unpredictable. Could be 15 minutes, or it could be more than an hour. I’ve donated at several centers (which took appointments) in other cities, and have never experienced lines for screening. At this center you need to budget about 3 hours to account for uncertainty in screening time, which is difficult to pull off. There have been a few times where I walked through the door, and immediately walked out because I knew I couldn’t wait in line for an hour before donating. At other centers it was in and out the door in less than 1.5 hours, even you had to wait on a high pulse during screening. I wish management would take donors on an appointment-only basis, or at least hire more staff to help wait times. Otherwise, I probably won’t be able to donate at this center.

Great environment my phlebotomist was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel a thing. I will always request for Alicia going forward.

The people that work here are subpar. They lack organization and training. They have a new system, and they scramble like chickens with their heads cut off.

Once your in the system the wait time isn’t that bad. I love how friendly and personable the staff is. I wish they could get better computers.

The front desk staff deal with a ton of people every day. They have their guards up at first but if you’re nice and patient with them they’ll do the same. It’s a long wait for a first time but worth it if you want to make some money helping people. Bring stuff to do.

How can a rental agreement with the clients name no be enough proof that the clients live n a steady home. Also the client doesn’t pay any bills because that all taken care of by the person who leases the house for everyone. Make it make sense. I need to speak with somebody other then the managers at this location
