I am a new donor… the staff is friendly and the facility is super clean. There’s not been a visit that I have waited longer than 5 minutes to have my vitals taken and then maybe 5 minutes max to be seated in a freshly sanitized chair. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Sometimes I forget that this is actually their job because they are all in such great spirits but equally as professional. Today and my previous visit I was seated in the same area as Rodrigo. I think he’s in management but he took the time to explain blood types to me and has been super friendly while donating himself. All of the workers are worthy of mentioning for their kindness and professionalism. (Most of the women are attractive which doesn’t bother me.. especially the lady that stuck me the first day and today also) They are all good sports up there especially with my walking in and being the last donor every single time. Additional income isn’t bad either. These people are truly doing angel work and they do it with a smile on their faces. Thanks

I failed the protein test from my initial sample draw. I was told that they would adjust it so I still got my new donor fees but they lied to me. I am being shorted because of it. Plus my fiancé sat in a chair for over 30 minutes waiting to be stuck. Someone got sick so 2 employees in his section were attending to them while 4 people sat there waiting to be stuck. Managers just walking by and no one would assist with the lady who was sick so the other employees could continue with everyone else. Just ridiculous.

Called this location around 11am and ask for time of closing, time I need to be at location for new clients and ask for pay. I was told to come in before 2pm on Saturday because they close for 4pm. I arrived at 1:24pm and was told I could not donate today because they already have three new donors needing to be seen. My advice is you all need to make a schedule for new donors so people are not wasting their time or gas.

I really like this location as the staff are great and it’s easy to get in and out. However, I have been trying to get in the past 4 days and it’s been closed everyday. There’s a sign saying currently not accepting donations on the door. No other information. I have tried calling as well but no one answers. What’s going on? I called the other location but if I go there (kennesaw) I have to transfer there permanently and that drive is extremely inconvenient. Please let us know if you are permanently closed.

Used to be great – quick in and out. But now expect to jump through hoops for them to apparently start enforcing an old policy about doctor releases for surgeries regardless of how long they were – AFTER they’ve drawn blood and went through anout 30 minutes into a physical. Then, when you have a note that states “CLEARED TO DONATE PLASMA” from your doctor, their QA determines it needs to say “in regards to xx surgeries”. Then it should’ve stated that in the request letter. Waste of time and energy for two days now.

I had a great donation, it is extremely disheartening to see the treatment of the staff here. I believe the manager goes by the name TI. The attitude and the way she speaks to her staff is horrible, correcting them in front of myself and other donors, speaking down to them as if they are children (all in public hearing and view). I have 2 kiddos and I would NOT want my kids going to work under this type of management, it was very sad to see. I have been working in a professional environment for over 20 plus years. Never have my upper management addressed any issue in front of customers, it’s disgusting. Amazing and clean place, implement better management!

Great at first until they bruise you up and won’t let you come back to donate until healed and throw you off schedule, when someone like me (single mom) depends on the little money for weekly groceries. Will not be going back.

I’ve tried to register here twice (I am transferring from CSL) and can’t get in. The first time, I was sent away because I arrived at 5pm—2 hours before close. The website stated that new donors must arrive 90 minutes before close, and I was there 120 minutes prior. Alas, I didn’t argue and went home. When I came back the next day, the nurse flagged me during my physical because of my psychiatric medications—NONE of which were on the disqualification list. She told me a lie that the policy required anyone on three or more medications to receive an approval to donate from their doctor. I could not find this rule anywhere online for ADMA or any other facility. What is true is that people with certain psychiatric conditions must be ruled “mentally stable” to donate. This was no where in their giant binder they handed me, and frankly, I was offended by this. I am a grown woman with a job, in college, that pays my own bills. It’s not right to treat someone this way and lie to them about the decision either. CSL never required any letter from my psychiatrist.

Please do not come here all you’re going to do is waste your time. They don’t ever open on time. It’s something always wrong with their location. You can be first in line and it take you at least 20 minutes before getting screened and another additional 20 to donate plasma. They are extremely unprofessional when it comes to folks time. They either closed or something else is happening. I sat there for a hour and some before getting screened and another 30 minutes before getting hooked up. The Kennesaw location lets you in early and moves super faster than this one please go else where unless you like waiting . I wish i never started coming to this location it’s not like BioLife where you can go to another center and be ok. With them if you go to another location you got to get a new card and see the nurse which is extreme if you ask me. The ey never have their station set up or prepared I just want to stop coming all together cause this is ridiculous
