Wait times are a little long sometimes but staff are usually pretty nice. Jamie is my favorite. She’s the only one i’m never afraid of sticking me because she always gets it right the first time. She’s also always so nice and happy. She always brightens my day.

I have never been big on writing a review to share my personal experience and giving others a expectation that they can have going into deciding to choose utilizing the services that is provided. Well I honestly get frustrated that the employees here aren’t making more money than they do. Along with my reason for stating that is if It wasn’t for amazing employees like Sarah and Nate to name a few of many that go above and beyond making you feel important and appreciated when donating. I have gone to all the other plasma donation centers and without a doubt they don’t operate with the same level of professionalism with that personal touch that makes you feel like there happy to see you and not like a number!

I have had a really good experience with Biomat. All the staff is great but my favorite phlebotomist is Sarah. Sarah has great customer service, she’s funny, has a contagious laugh, answers any questions I might have and makes sure I’m comfortable before she hooks me up. Sarah makes my visit enjoyable after the wait to get to the back.

I’ve recently started to donate plasma again, and the times i do, Sarah has been the one to treat me, and she’s been excellent at her job, my veins are tricky but she manages it perfectly every single time. She’s also friendly and easy to chat with!

I love donating here!!! been donating for almost 4 years now, on and off, but its great, one of the first people i met was nate! at to this day i still see him. My favorite people to work with are Victoria, Nate and Becky, because they provide good conversations and are extremely helpful!!! they all deserve a raise!!! I don’t see how they have a high rating. The workers are rude, I’ve been left on hold for 15mims straight before and pulled up to see the front desk not caring about picking my call back up, I’ve heard the workers say rude comments about people who frequently donate, I’ve also had a lady dance while she was prepping me for the needle and she busted my vein, then they busted my other vein, and today I came to my 6:30 app that was made by a rude Indian lady who had a attitude when helping me and quickly hung up in my face when I was saying thank you(and I was being nice I never said anything rude nor did I have a rude tone), needless to say she made my app for 8 and didn’t tell me just hung up but never said anything about 8am. This place is horrid- the waiting room is filled with empty water bottles- they don’t have blankets, again the workers are rude except the Asian lady and the older lady who helps prep and a few other young ladies are nice but most of the front desk ppl are just not excited about their job and it shows. Unfortunate, I actually donate to help and now I’d never step foot in this place again because of the workers.
