I’ve been coming to this center for over a year now and I love donating at this center because I’m really satisfied with how all of the staff treat their donors. Shout out to Brianna, Meka, Rubi, Santrell, Amanda, Stacy, Melissa, Jose, Joseph, Noe, Brian, Brandon, Corey, and Victor. They all are the best. They are very nice and cool staff and do very good at their job.

I love this center everyone is great. Corey, Megan, Noe, Fran, Rubi, Bre and more… YALL have got to get rid of EBONY! She so nasty and unpleasant to encounter. I’ve been coming for over a year and not one time has she ever been in a good mood. Donors literally hate to see her sitting in the room when they walk by. Some of us will literally let others skip the line just so they can avoid her (unless she is the only one there). She either hates her job or is just plain miserable on the inside. She’s even training a new guy and he is just as nasty and scary as she is showing him how to be.

I visited your establishment and was highly disappointed by it’s reception staffing. A personal opinion and viewpoint should have NO place in a professional setting. I’m not asking to be liked, simply respected. I was turned away from your staff on account of their attitude and was banned from your entire system due to an altercation with a grumpy employee. I’m sitting here seriously for over an hour, as a new patient, no one has seen me yet at all, and I’m watching people behind me moving forward. No explanation just attitude. This is the worst plasma place I’ve seen in Houston. Do yourself a favor and go to a different company. Dirty looks if I ask anything, even the bathroom.

The white lady at the front desk has the meanest stare and turns around to look at you with a what do you want attitude. Every single time she does that. I’m scared when I see her. Then the people in the back ignore you and make you feel like trash. I keep getting emails to come in only to get ignored as I wait 20 minutes to get a vain check so I just walked out. Pathetic

Can you guys please have more than one person doing intake. I got here at 7:45, there was 6 people in front of me and I’ve been in line for an hour and a half. The woman doing intake has gotten up to leave literally after every single person… not all of us have all day to stand around on their dime.

When you are a first time donor and if they are busy they will ask you to scan a QR code app and it will ask you if someone refer you. I put the person name who refer me but when the receptionist did type in the information they did not honor my friend her referral. Please make sure you double check if put in this information because even though you enter it yourself in the QR code app they will not honor it.
