Can be slow because the phlebotomist aren’t where they are supposed to be. Thought coming in early would make a difference. It’s actually slower. Too much socializing. People have other things to do besides sitting in a center for three hours. At least I do. Long lines and one person at the station because they left. Smdh.

I honestly like this center, definitely one of the better ones. Biggest issue I have is some of the folks at the front taking care of a person or two and then walking away. The phlebs are great. I’m glad the wait ain’t been too long so far, just little things can be better managed.

From the time I walked in the door, RAIN provided me with excellent customer service. She was friendly and had a smile the entire time she worked with me. We laughed and she was very professional. As a new donor, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything in depth to me. This was an amazing first experience and I look forward to donating again

Awful experience. The Manager stuck me and left without checking on for 15 minutes. When I complained of pain in my arm I was checked on by a very helpful person. She adjusted the needle. A no flow for 30minutes and someone came to check on me again, the needle wasn’t all the way in and I bleeding everywhere. No apologies, Unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN
