Today when I walked into BioLife plasma I was immediately greeted & directed by a professional employee by the name of Stephon. After patiently waiting and finishing my Questionnaire I was greeted by a nurse (Crystal) who was very professional and polite as well. She assured me that today’s process might be a little long but her assistance was beyond Great. Once my physical was complete. I was placed in the donor line and Riley who is also apart of the 1st shift staff was professional with informing each step by step before beginning my donation process to make sure I was comfortable. Today was a Great experience donating plasma and by far the BEST I ever experienced. You guys keep up the Great Work!!!!!

I’ve never been treated wrong, in the slightest. Every time I’ve made an appointment, I’ve been made to feel both 100% comfortable and safe! There’s never been a single issue, it has always been as simple as checking in, sitting down, and relaxing until it’s time to go. Easy recommend from me, if you are looking to donate for whatever reason!

I have been using this facility for close to a year now. I thought it was a great facility. As time passed it has showed differently. They will defer you without any communication to you regarding the issue so when you go for your next appointment you sit there for a while just to he told you can’t donate. They send no emails or give phone calls regarding any issues so you have to waist time going there for any answer. I have tried calling a few times and left voice-mails for them to not be returned. Employees talk to one another in a manor not acceptable for the environment they are in. You will sometimes sit for 20 minutes after your done waiting to be unhooked while you see employees standing around. I would like to note some employees are amazing so this does not go for all. If you choose this facility just be prepared to be dismissed by them in more ways than 1.

I can’t say they are the worst plasma donation place in town but they are a close 2nd. The vitals check area is efficient but once you are on the floor to get hooked up to start your donation; you practically have you wave an employee down to get service. Multiple techs converse within each other to the point of disregarding new or returning donors. Before arriving here today I called 5 times, to immediately be told they are too busy and call back later. I skipped the calling process and just made a trip up here. ♂️

Fast service, even faster was the actual donation process. The staff is super friendly and courteous, and understand that it tends to be uncomfortable sometimes and try their best to accommodate. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve been too.
