I have been coming here for years now, and I have always had really good experiences. The staff are friendly, outgoing and most everyone does a very good job at all aspects of their duties in my opinion. There are some that definitely let their talent and passion for their job as well as the customers shine and it is nice to see. Raechel, is for sure one that i see kicking butt and definitely kills it every time I come in. She is outgoing and interacting with everyone, fellow employees and customers. Keep up the great work team!

Great company and staff. Donating plasma takes time, please do not come to the clinic with no patience, these visits can be 1hr+. If it’s your first 2 visits expect 2-3hrs+. There is a system and they must follow it for safety. Otherwise usually a nice quick visit for me.

I used to go all the time, it was fast and easy and the employees were great. Now every time I go there’s one “poker” that hits on every woman, he goes down the line telling them lame weird pick up lines, saying weird stuff like “were the angels mad when you fell from heaven.” I usually try to just put headphones in so I’m unapproachable and even had to go with my husband so he wouldn’t talk to me, and even then he still said weird stuff like he was going to steal the shoes off my feet cause they were so pretty. It’s weird and I don’t go anymore because I’m just trying to donate I don’t want to hear all that nonsense and literally be stuck somewhere and not able to leave when I’m uncomfortable.

Would not recommend AT ALL. The staff that are out on the floor are great, its the staff in the offices that are just rude & aren’t interested in actually doing their job. I was bruised pretty bad during a donation and was deferred for life cause I had expressed my concern to the lady in charge:( I left there feeling like I had done something wrong when in reality, I just wanted to have it looked at for my own self reassurance. Worst experience in my life.

I donate in honor of a friend of mine with Leukemia. The staff is great! They are all knowledgeable, patient, kind and fun to chat with. I wish you could see the wait times on the app. That’s my only complaint.

Lots of unprofessional workers. One of the workers (Rachel)? Seems to only care about chit-chatting and standing around. I have never seen a lazier worker here. Your priority should not be to gossip with coworkers or clients. It should be focused on clients.. then maybe wait time wouldn’t be so long. (I’m sitting here right now waiting to get a bed and for 20 mins she was standing talking to a coworker. Super unprofessional.)

The management is god awful. I had to sit for 45 minutes for someone to check my arm, yet no one checked my arm an I said I didn’t understand why I had to wait like that to begin with then. This manager then literally yelled at me like I was her little kid . Like how are u even a manager!? I will be making a complaint with corporate. I’ve never been yelled at by a so called manager before
