Clean and friendly facility, but do not be late because they will make you reschedule!

Please be sure to arrive on time as even one minute late will disqualify you from donating. The same is if you arrive early. You will be asked to wait and come back. The first visit takes a long time. I mean it!!!! Be prepared and not rushing. My first appt took close to 3 hrs. My other donations have lasted between 1.5hrs to 2 hrs. Is busy!!! Stay hydrated! Bring a blanket or sweater as is freezing in there. Put me down as reference: Cibeles Cabrera! LOL. Be careful and answer the questionnaires carefully as one wrong answer, and you will be asked to wait to speak to nurse. Take your time. I still like the $$! I am very impatient, but if I survived, so can you! Good luck!!

Most of the staff is kind and that’s about all I can say positive. I donated 7 times and will not be returning. The last time I donated I went home feeling as I usually do after a donation, but an hour later my heart rate dropped to low 40s and I passed out. Tried calling the medical line, could not get anyone on the phone. They called several hours later but I missed it and they did not leave a message. I felt like they want your donation and don’t really care what happens to you after that. You should always be able to speak with someone if there’s a medical complication after the donation. I do not feel confident going back.

I recently had my first experience at Biolife Plasma, and I must say the staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Brenda and Maria. Maria was incredibly skilled at taking my vitals, making me feel at ease throughout the process. And Brenda, who handled drawing the plasma for donation, did an amazing job – I barely felt the needle go in!

I can’t with this place and their process they made it so difficult just to donate. The two good vein requirement is crazy when they only need one. Went somewhere else every thing went so smooth. Being a first time donor this was not the experience I was expecting. The look for reasons to deny you if you ask me

If I could give this place negative stars, that would be my ideal rank for them. They are so rude. They talk about patients like we aren’t standing right there. If you talk back to them, they put you on the “restricted” list and you won’t be able to donate. I was on the list and had to talk to the manager of the establishment and get myself “unrestricted” so I could donate again. Half of this staff got fired from Octopharma plasma center, and you can tell they are bitter about it. 0/5 would NOT recommend this place.

Everyone there is rude and unorganized. I have been denied to donate three times and only successfully donated once. One of the nurses interrogated me in a condescending way accusing me that I did something to make the computer time out and the last time I went no seemed to know what they were doing. I waited a while just for me to be jumped from station to station every time I go. It’s always something when you go to donate. Very upsetting since I had high hopes for this place. It will be a while for me to ever come back.

I love the energy this place has they make you fill comfortable they get you in there and get you out of there fast. They make sure that they take their time. When hooking up the machines there’s one person that’s all ways nice and help me with what ever I need (brenda) Is her name thank you for helping me with any questions that I be having and making sure I have a good and safe donation I highly recommend asking for her when going to donate!

I recommend everybody to come to Biolife this facility is clean. As a first time donor I was nervous about the whole thing I got to the donation bed and I was helped right away by a employee she’s short with black hair her professionalism is so good and she’s fast and skilled she comforted me and explained everything detailed I will definitely be coming back and referring all my family and friends for that bonus!!! I appreciate how she made sure I was doing good it made me feel so welcomed I’ve never been to a place where they make you feel like your at home her name tag said Breanda. But thank you for making my experience the best I like how we really help people and how we get paid for it it’s a win win it can’t get better than this!

The wait is way way way too long. Even for a returning donor. The staff is amazing but the wait is horrendous.
