First time donor who’s terrified of needles. I donated to help a family member. Shawn, Tiana and Janet all took great care of me. Shawn drew my blood and I barely felt the needle. I made the mistake of not eating before and got lightheaded afterwards, all 3 of them immediately jumped in to see what was going on and what I needed. I walked out of there with an immense gratitude. Thank you Shawn, Tiana & Janet for being great human beings.
