Trash, absolutely garage. I called to see if they were accepting new donors they said yes come on in, I get there and they turned me away because now they have 1 nurse or no nurses. The staff couldn’t decide what to tell me. Mind you this is my second time coming and this happens. Mind you no one even greeted me coming in or gave me any attention until I got upset. I have donated six times so far had at Kedplazma in Tucker GA and have come to know some of the staff that work there. I am giving KEDplazma 5 stars for their professionalism and on how friendly the staff are there. Particularly Zoey Dougler, nurse Mark (who reminds me of that Robin Williams character in the movie Patch Adams), nurse Krussy, Bobby Deloch and the others for their professionalism but also because of how friendly and helpful they are. I look forward to seeing them on every visit. They seem to really care about you and make the experience something that I look forward to. So I highly recommend KEDPlazma in Tucker GA if you want to be paid well and meet with a friendly staff when looking for a place to donate plazma.These people really are the best.

Terrible. They have no security so anything could happen and no one is there to protect you. A huge fight broke out not too long ago while getting screened. Things got so intense that I was afraid someone was gonna pull out a gun or knife, so I left and went yo anoter center.. Cops got called, but didn’t arrive fast enough. The atmosphere is very ghetto and not safe..The staff is also very ghetto. You can tell they just anybody. A few of em look like they just came out of prison. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for quality service. And you wait all day and even days to get your money. The building looks professional, but the people in it is not professional at all. Very ghetto.

The worse plasma center I ever been to. Managent is never available to talk to when you want you file a complaint against staff. Never enough Screeners at the front, so you be in line all day with just one or two Screeners available. The staff is loud, ghettoh and very inappropriate in speech. Management is also very Inappropriate and they never answer the phone when you call. I tried getting in contact with the director and she ain’t ever there. This place needs to be shut down and hire a whole new management team. They don’t know what they are doing. Horrible and embarrassing
