Rude staff, especially the black lady up front with the long hair. I think she’s in charge of up front. Don’t take it out on the patrons if you don’t want to be at work. Wait times are ridiculous too when there are unused beds all over the facility that the staff is too lazy to open because they don’t want to stay late to turn off additional machines. Also Shouldn’t take 3 hours to complete a donation but it does EVERY SINGLE TIME regardless of time or day. This facility is one of the worst places you can donate at because of unprofessional and rude staff and outlandish wait times. You would think they would hire more people or change the management but nothing ever changes with this place. Avoid at all costs

The customer service at this location is beyond exceptional! Keva, Sam, and the entire staff makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Sometimes the lines are long and you have a long wait but that’s to be expected sometimes. I have never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend.

Despite some of the reviews, I decided to give Bio a try and let me say I was not disappointed. The staff was professional and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and fully informed on what my first visit would be like. Once all the paperwork and questionnaires were complete and I was hooked up and it only took 46 minutes for the transfer. I’ll be back and will refer a few friends. Thank you so much for making my experience pleasant.

Rude staff, don’t really know how to interact with people. Smirking, laughing, and smiling while denying patients. While also being rude to new patients coming into the building. Not a great experience waiting 2 hours in line to be denied.

Excessive wait times and they will not let you sit down anymore when waiting!!! Ridiculous! I brought my own chair but they said I couldn’t even use it. An employee told me they took away the chairs so that the nurses would be faster …who came up with that?? The nurses are supposed to be faster because they see people standing up??? Do not come here!!! Go anywhere else!
