I have been doing regularly for about four month now, and the staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful in making each experience as comfortable as possible.

My first experience with OneBlood was to donate via appointment at their Big Red Bus. When the bus did not show, I was able to find a nurse wandering around who told me that the bus was late. I waited an hour, donated. I was not impressed with the cleanliness, but I lived.

Really nice people. Took care of me when I was wanting give doubles but still let me donate. Payton was outstanding! She is very nice and sweet and down to earth. She did a really good job by making me feel comfortable. Hope to see these people again sometime.

Needs to hire better phlebotomist!!!!The techincan irritated the nerve in my arm. It has been 5 days and the pain has just got worse. Whenever he went to take my blood instead of reinserting the needle he dug around in my arm for at least 30 seconds before hitting a vein, while in the process I have started to faint. Not to mention after I left the facility I passed out almost FOUR times before going to bed. My blood was taken at 1 p.m. after I immediately increased my fluids majorly, because I thought I might have been dehydrated. This was not the case it was because he irritated the nerve by so carelessly digging around in my arm.

I have given blood many times with one blood and usually have a good experience. Today I gave blood and I told the girl where they usually stick, but she didnt like that spot so she went for a vein that she thought best. Ok fine. But it kept rolling and she had an attitude that she had to keep fixing it .

After I had to stand in the sun (80•F) for almost 30 minutes I got told I couldn’t donate because my temperature was 99. If they would have took me on the bus on time we wouldn’t have had this problem now I have wasted time and gas. My appointment time was 2:15 I got here about 2:10 they didn’t take my temperature until 2:37.
