Had a horrible experience with the person at the front desk and the staff on the phone. I was made to feel unwelcome and as if my questions where an inconvenience to them, I recently lost my hard copy identification and they would not except a digital photo i traveled very far to come donate and was turned away as if i was some vagrant, ive been a year round client at the las Vegas locations for close to a decade I understand i dont have my hard copy but even welfare and police will except a picture on your phone of your id ya know i just wish we could have reached an understanding fortunately octapharma is willing to be understanding despite it being over 12 months since I’ve donated with them…

A great place to earn extra cash and helping people with immune deficiency! It will take up to 2-3 hours for first time donors to get processed..its a bit time consuming but you will really feel that CSL is really serious in regards to the safety of their donors and patients..

I’ve been here 3 times already and the location is always very clean and the staff very friendly. The only complaint I would have is it takes a while and it’s not even the actual donation. The nurses can take a really long time. It’s either they are not tech savvy or there is only one of them etc. I get told the next time will always be faster but it has not so far. Hopefully next time.

This place is cheap instead 100$ first few visits they only 100$ first 2 visits and 75$ 3rd then it’s 65$ and 55$ that’s hardly something at octhapharma it’s 100$ first 5 visits and 75$ every visit after it’s a lot plus at this place they are super strict and irritating if you leave to get your phone after registering you can’t donate plus if you answer something wrong it’s a long process to see the nurse for one wrong answer on kiosk at octhapharma they fix it right away and you go donate I don’t like this place at all

September 7th. I arrived at 1600 and was turned away saying they were short staffed. They don’t close until 1800. Poor management to say the least. LC Davis fix this! I rode on a motorcycle from Daly City for an hour in traffic and was offered a ten dollar card towards my “next visit.” As if I’ll come back after the circus that I just endured. Keep in mind, 5 “workers” were all in front. Can’t say I recommend.
