Great place to make a difference and help change lives the staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I was assisted by a very well knowledgeable phlebotomist named Dylan he was funny and made me feel comfortable and made it a smooth and easy process. I’ve only been here twice. The first time I came two days later I had a bruise on my arm so huge! It lasted about two weeks! I’ve never experienced that giving blood or plasma. Yesterday I go in cheery, positive attitude and I’m greeted with a negative attitude from a young lady that was quite nice during my first visit. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day. How she handled me was culturally disrespectful and intentional. I’m convinced the two young Latina women that work in the front are very much racist. No one wears name tags so you address them properly and if you did need to complain on someone you can’t. I’ll never ever go there ever again. Some one needs to retrain them on proper customer service or they need to find new employment in areas of not dealing with the public.

Know that they’re gonna need a “certified and stamped letter” I’ve never heard of that. I could have a valid license, moved 3 different times and still have a letter with the address on my ID. You still gonna accept that tho. What you gonna need next? The deed to the house to prove that’s my address? That’s just makes no sense. If you can give me a logical reason as to why you need a stamped and certified letter after seeing the names and addresses match I’ll take this review off. But for now they just make it complicated to donate or even want to use them to donate. SMH ♂️
