Always have a great time with the staff. The two ladies at the front Azuran and Anna are great!!! On the donor floor, Ms. Yvette is always positive and smiling. You can tell the staff are trying had to accommodate everyone even with the facility being short man power. I love that I can set my appointment a whole week in advance and be able to be seen at that time.

Day 1 I show up and say I’m a new donor. I’m going old by medical to come back tomorrow. I show up as I was told, I ask where I’m supposed to sign in. The lady just looked at me confused. I point to the sign that says to sign in on the sheet.. she still loves the ka confused so I read the sign aloud and was told no, that there’s no medical staff so come back tomorrow. Grifols Plasma is Clean, quiet. However; your front desk lady (a nice mature African American lady) doesn’t know how to handle customers. She asked for private information from her corner and you are in the front door. EVERYBODY is listening about your personal information. Your person calling people to enter to the donation room , a mid age African American lady, is RUDE! The rest of the staff is AMAZING! VERY professionals, caring and willing to assist you. You need more people in front desk. Your organization standards are in the wrong way. Very FRUSTRATING!!!!!

It was my first time here today and I had a pleasant experience, the nurse that works there (don’t know her name) she was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well she was super nice and made my experience smooth. The place is nice and clean and a bit cold so bring a jacket when you go. Make sure you bring mail and an id and social.
