The app is great for faster checking in. They really should have a different set up as far as bringing new donors to the front of the line. Sometimes I’ll wait over an hour because they keep skipping people in line because the new donors have priority. It upsets everybody who waits. I have Bled through my bandage a few times because they aren’t tight enough or wrapped around more than twice. Money is good and people are good in the back and it’s easy.

Fresh Start
Understand how important someone time is. Your staff after my screening. Had me waiting 45 minutes and my ticket was printed. The Spanish young lady with glasses. Need a few days off until she feels better and is ready to work. I cancelled for her lack of professionalism.this was Wednesday of this week.

I went here for about 6 months and then took a break for a month. I was about 200 pounds and made $65 a visit. After the break I weighed about 185. They had new people working. They rolled my vein and ended up sticking both arms because the other was ruined. It took over an hour and 20 minutes just for the donating time. I got paid $35. I asked why it was so low. After so long without donations they start you at the bottom tier of pay, which was $45 for my weight. I got $35 because they changed the way they evaluate what they pay. They took the same amount as before, but said I had less of something in my blood. I never got a notice of change, I was logged into their website and it said nothing about this change. I’m done with them. Deceptive practice is a big middle finger to those of us that constantly went.

This place is a literal scam. You’re supposed to get paid for each donation…lie!!! My husband donated and was never paid!!! There was no solution to the problem. So not only did my husband waste time and gas which both cost money but they basically stole his plasma!!! We will be seeking legal advice from an attorney! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS ALL A LIE AND A SCAM!! PRETTY PATHETIC CONSIDERING IT’S “MEDICAL”

Donor service department difficult to reach. They don’t take phone calls half the time yet they have employees standing around doing nothing and socializing. I donated on September 14th 2023. I did get the money for donating however I’ve been saving my points so that I can get lifetime Express pass. I was not given my points for my donation on the 14th of this month. Trying to work towards lifetime express pass but if I don’t get my donation points I won’t get the express passes

It’s been a couple of years attending this facility. So much staff coming and going. Always a great team that acts like they care. And really that’s all that matters if you have to fake it to make it. Donors have enough attitude we don’t need to add to their drama. Now we have Amber and David. They both been here a while. I personally never have any problem except the cold unfriendliness of their shoulder. But I see it and god I hear it. This job requires people interaction. So they may be in the wrong line of work.

By far the worst plasma center to come to!!!!! I came at 9 am and still waiting to go in the back it’s now 12 pm and no one can seem to tell me why my name hasn’t been called. As I am sitting waiting to be called a man who came two hours after me got called before me and he didn’t have an express pass he was friends with one of the employees. I will never come back to or recommend this place to anyone.
