I’ve come here for ten years and I’ll never go to another center. The phlebotomists here are always nice, and patient and often make me laugh. The center is clean and they move you through quickly. I’ve never had any issues in ten years with a stick, a donation, or a payment. Literally 10/10!

From 5 star to 1 due to Nicki jumping all over the place and making other people do her job. Tell her I’m on a time crunch cuz she sat me and went on to someone else who was already being taken care of and her response “yeah we’ll get to him” If our appointment is at 9 it shouldn’t take until 9:40 to get started. With no line. On top of that didn’t even stick me correctly but is telling another worker “I think it’s in there correctly” It’s always nicki I have issues with. She walks around like she owns the place but doesn’t own her actions ♂️ Making others do your job is lazy as hell. S/o to the others for picking up nickis slack. 30 minutes later than any of other donation I’ve had ♂️ If this bruises I’m for sure not coming back

Friendly staff, slightly dated look but facilities are clean and everything is well organized. I’ve been going for a few weeks and I enjoy the overall experience! The only issue is that things either work like clockwork or they don’t work at all. For example, I had a 7:00 appointment but due to some type of calibration and other delays, I was sitting in the waiting room for almost half an hour. Unfortunately, if you have to go to work and have a hard stop, they may not always get to you in a timely manner.
