The Crew made my experience of getting poked and paid to save lives a really comfortable and worth while task! I constantly include my 1 hour or so visit as a job when I’m pitching the important parts of why we should donate. Getting paid to save lives is what I say to reach anyone acquiring about what it is about!

*GO TO BIOMAT OFF GUSS THOMPSON* ASLO NOTICE HOW THEY ONLY RESPOND TO THE “FAKE 5 STAR RATINGS LOL” YOU WILL REGRET IT HERE At OCTAPHARM. LONG WAIT RUDE STAFF AND WILL BLOW YOUR VEIN AND THEN DEFER YOU FOR IT EVEN Though THEY MESSED UP. bio mat never has long waits more than 15 20 minutes all together before sitting down to get hooked and they also have waiting chairs unlike here you have to stand in THREE DIFFERENT lines for over an hour. AND the manager over at BIOMAT he is the BEST they also give you free bonuses if you donate up to 6 times a month.

Overall nice place to donate, it really depends on time of day. Early morning you’ll be in and out. The later in the day the longer the process takes. A sense of urgency during busy times would be appreciated but still better than most.

I am horrible at remembering names…but everyone I interacted with on my very first visit was extremely helpful and kind. Just got finished with my second donation and had the same experience, very satisfied! Also, just learned that plasma is used to make life saving medications, I had no idea….I will be donating as often as I can. It makes me feel good that by doing this i am helping so many less fortunate people with health issues and giving people hope!

Process is long, expect to be there for 3 hours +, they have little to no experience, I get stuck about 3 times every time I go, last week the lady missed my whole vein, but it’s the closest one ♂️.

I’ve been donating for a couple months here and have had no problem. Until, I got my colonoscopy last week and now that has flagged me for 6 months from donating and I don’t know why and it wasn’t explained to me why either. I told the truth and get punished for 6 months
