Long lines to be expected but, this is ridiculous. The up front staff is incredibly slow, lack of staff as well and they like to chat among each other rather than putting in the effort to get people seen. It’s frustrating when there isn’t anyone there and you stand in line for 10 minutes for someone to take your vitals. Slow medical staff and up-front staff is unprofessional. Every time I go to medical losing weight or whatever it takes them forever. I do like the back staff; they are always kind. Unfortunately, the front and medical staff is the reason I won’t be back. I do not recommend this place at all unless you have on most days probably an average of at least 40 minutes standing in line for vital check.

Everyone at this place except the doctor was courteous, helpful, and professional. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. He had no knowledge of common medications and refused to listen regarding medical issues. He just read from a screen and was not even reading about the correct information. I have not been this angry with a doctor in a long time. Act professional when you are working.

Always professional and kind. They’ve been very kind to me and been very accommodating since I can only use one arm. The facility is also very clean. The staff is fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to CSL since it had 1st opened in 2015. To be honest both locations has good employees but by far the largo location has beat it by the hair on their chinny chin chin. Lol plus,they are quick than the original 1 in p.park.

Spent 4 hours, no exaggeration, as a first time donor at this location. I understand 2, but 4!! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and the location feels mismanaged. A few bad attitudes I also came across. Just an odd and underwhelming first impression today. Has the same feel as walking into a DMV….
