The staff is great and they’re good at what they do. My issue is the wait time. They are always shorthanded and are not equipped for heavy traffic. I feel like sometimes workers walk around doing other stuff and sometimes not doing anything at all even though there is a line waiting to be called. If you are on a schedule give yourself at least another hour on top of what you already think you need. I had to leave after I was checked in simply because it was taking too long and I wouldn’t have made it on time to pick up my kids from school. They are one of the best plasma donation centers that I have seen, just simply plan accordingly for time.

Forced to check out and wait to our appointment time of 530 but it says in the app says you can come 15 mins early. That was fine just waiting. What I was upset about is two others checked in early. Then don’t call back in order as check in pulls a lady not even checked in that know the lady working the counter.

It Was My First Time Donating And I Didn’t Know What To Expect But Theese 3 Young Ladies Walked Me Through The Whole Process And Made Me Feel So Comfortable And Took My Anxiety Away! They just took the phone completely off the hook very unprofessional. I’m a new donor just trying to ask a few questions…. They are understaffed the first donation was the longest process I’ve experienced out of a lot of plasma donation centers! You have to make a appointment there! They’re are barely any donors in the center and it still took 4 hours!! They are not assertive or persistent they walk around cussing everything is a joke… Playing around between employees! The donors aren’t getting the proper attention because of it! The donor next to me was stuck on no flow for a very long time he asked for help no one looked at him till 20 mins later!!… When they did check on the donor the employee was just digging the needle in his arm multiple times! Very to scary to watch! I don’t like this donor center at all! Worst donation center out of all of the centers that I’ve ever been too! Highly recommend you go to a different center! Everything is one big joke to them!

Since changing to appointments ONLY, this place is HORRIBLE. Never enough staff. 4 times in the last 4 weeks, I had to wait 45-60 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

This is a nice clean facility, but some of the staff is very rude, lacking people skills, and not very professional, the donor hub does not work right all the time so you can’t login to save time, they act like they don’t care when you tell them, talking down to you, and when their closed they don’t even notify you, they let you make a blank trip up to their facility to see it’s closed, the donor hub is supposed to text you and tell you they closed but it didn’t , I made a blank trip…☹️
