No matter what time you go, there is ALWAYS a massive wait, even at 7 am. I showed up at 7:15 am and didn’t leave till 10:15 am. 3 hours!!! And that wasn’t even my first donation which meant it was supposed to be shorter than the first donation. I almost missed my appointment after because of how long it took. Very very understaffed. They always take their sweet time. It’s like waiting for a ride at Disney world. If you are going to come here, give yourself at LEAST four hours. It sucks but that’s how it has to be. Bring an extra phone charger, headphones, maybe a book or anything to keep yourself entertained for a few hours. Also it can get quite cold in the center so if you’re sensitive to cold bring a jacket or blanket.

Have only gone once but the place is small, clean and the people that work there so far have all been nice. The front desk guy, the lady that checked my blood, the guy that evaluated me, the lady that checked my veins and finally the lady the hooked and unhooked me were all very pleasant. For some reason all the people in line to donate seemed irritated. The only think I can think it could have been about is maybe because they seem short staffed but that’s no fault of the employees. I like that you can answer the pre donation questions on the app instead of at the kiosk and that they have snacks for after your donation. So far no problems but it might be good to hire one more person. Will definitely be back

Beware if you choose to donate here! If the techs poke your vein wrong ( it took 3 techs all together grinding a huge needle inside my arm.) Chris finally came and moved the needle inside my arm and held the needle with his hand to set my machine to green light status for the 1st time that donation until i completed the donation. By doing this it did cause me a ((penny sized bruise.)) The lady nurse with the blonde hair made the decision to use a alcohol wipe pack to say I had a 2.5 inch bruise instead. I tried reasoning with her and even explained that the middle portion was in fact my veins and not a bruise. Fast forward to today 9/30/23 I try to donate since all of this craziness on 9/12 and the male nurse tried to cover his co workers mistake and he also tried to say my veins in my arm were bruising. When I asked him for the corporate # and he seen I was upset he immediately changed my deferral in his computer and told me I could donate today and needed to get back in line. I’m sorry but don’t fix things when you see I’m taking up for myself and I told him I was leaving and would not be donating here ever again!

Staff is nice. Place is clean. But the lines are always ridiculously long. Not enough staff. They only have one area open to donate when the second part is never used. The process takes longer than it’s supposed to. They have only one girl in the front to check ppl in and do the pre screening. I’ve been in line for over an hour waiting to be screened. ♀️ it’s not the employees fault but management. Hire more staff!! Get it together. Saw so many donors come and leave, that’s donations that could of been made.

This place is clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The issue is that they need to hire and actually allow people to work. They are seriously under staffed anytime I go in. Last Friday there was ONE woman checking ppl in and there was no less than 10 ppl in line at a time. I was there for 45 minutes before I even got to the donation area. Today, I’m here and there are 2 ppl checking in but the same amount of ppl in line. We don’t get enough money to donate to stand in these lines but also to waste gas by leaving then coming back. Please, CSL RR, schedule more ppl both in the front and in the donation area. I switched to this location bc it’s better than Parmer, but it is starting to not be worth my time.

Very unprofessional! This location was ghetto and worried about gossiping about their coworkers instead of actually doing their job! My fiance went in as a first timer and was tortured. They went in on his left arm but completely missed his vein! Then, they went to the right arm and had him bleeding out profusely. They took 3 QUARTS of blood which one of the containers were OVERFLOWING. Mind you, they fill up a little tube for the sample! With all that nonsense we waited 3 and a half hours! Very unacceptable. Afterwards, they told him he couldn’t go back until October the 19th. As a phlebotomist myself I would not recommend this location. He was better off allowing me to drain his plasma and send it off to them! We will NOT be going back to this location! Not professional at all!

First time donor – took a while to get through the initial onboarding but the donation went pretty smoothly. Arrived at 10AM left at 1:30PM.

The staff are great and knowledgeable. Like the convenience of the location and no appointments necessary. Sundays have fewer people, and weekdays after 3 pm, the parking lot is a nightmare because of the gym, and CSL donors are coming in after work.

I’ve done 2 donations so far, and I’m pretty happy! First session takes a while just getting you set up, I think I was there for a good 2 and a half hours. Afterwards it’s just a simple 1 hour, give or take.

This definitely is the best Plasma center by far. Every member of the staff is attentive, professional and friendly, they like and care for what they do, you can tell. I’d like to give give a shout out to phlebotomists Christian Harland and Marcie Willingham two professionals who are masters at their job and make you feel safe with their excellent performance and attention, thank you.
