My experience there was ok a few of the donor/ phlebotomist specialist are rude and move very slowly . New donor process takes entirely too long been here for 3 hours, and still have to wait for a physical. By the time I get to the floor to donate, 4 hours will have past since I walked in the door. Nice people but extremely slow.
