The front office staff was rude, I was told I qualified for a special program for donations. She stated, “We don’t offer that to new donors, you have to wait until someone reaches out to you.” However, my second donation the screening gentleman mentioned it to me and said someone would come to the donor floor and talk to me. No one did. If my plasma is worth more for patients it would inspire me to donate. I don’t need the money. It’s for vacation.

I do not post things publicly, I don’t put any photos, I do not put any information out there and I hope you can respect my wishes and do the same. I would be glad to let you know about my feelings of how it went on my first two donations. I also bought my son in with me, he’s a new donor . I feel like I should have got refural money for bringing him in. But I was not told how to handle it so I could get paid. So know I’m not real happy the way things are going so far.

After a bad first experience I’ve had a pretty good experience here ever since. The only downfall is sometimes the wait times are a little long. But the staff is very friendly. Beth, poet, ebony, and Josh sometimes are pretty decent. And the consistent pay when you get to that top level is all right also

There were some issues of how the worker treat each other. I feel somewhat bad that no one sticks up for anyone that is being bullied. No one should bully anyone and what happened to this world not sticking up for one another. Like ugh I wish I was so insecure with myself codldincebto b able to stand up to bullies. Other then that love the old man who has there 14 years and going to retire yay
