Everyone is great there except a phlebotomist named Jessica she always has an attitude. I asked her nicely to get a manager before stickin me & against my will. She tried to stick me anyways and then argued with me about it. it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. I am donating my blood to be treated like a number Her customer service was horrible business acumen horrible she really brings down the integrity of this place and mind you everyone else is solid.

My experience was good. The compassion and attentiveness was amazing. Short staffed on one of the days I went but none the less they were tending to our needs as best as they could. There was an “inexperienced”phlebotomist in the back who removed my needle and punctured me as she removed it. I could tell she was nervous and new. Even with this occurrence I give 4 stars because all around I was very impressed with the all around care for the patients here.

Great employees and fast service. No complaints specifically on this very business but the area it sits in would be the only concern but you can’t blame them for how the surrounding businesses run and who stands in front of them basically running customers away from the area.

My husband has been coming to this very location for over 10 years now. I went for the first time almost 2 weeks ago, and I donated twice. I have no real problem. Then, the last 3 times I tried and went, they kept saying blood pressure was too high. Even for this 3nd time, I sat in the waiting room for almost over 30 minutes and still told me it was too high. Like this makes no sents. I’ve never had a problem with my blood pressure before….. so I waited time if you asked me

My experience with you was Alright. The thing I do not like and do not think is fair. Is that you lower the prices of our donation. I know you don’t lower the price of my donation when you’re selling the someone else. That’s why you have so many people hopping around from donation center to donations center trying to make top dollar exactly like you. You guys have no problem lowering the money you give us.
