I did read reviews that raised concerns, but those concerns were laid to rest from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful and made sure I understood everything before showing me to the next area. Even other donors waiting in line were friendly and had no problem with me being put to the fast line as a new donor. Thanks to everyone and I will definitely be back as a regular.

VERY clean and they are also very quick. Utilizes all safety and HIPPA requirements. Sometimes there are lines but they do a great job with getting everyone taken care of. Great job guys!

Pretty great atmosphere. Workers are very nice. It does take a bit longer here than other donation centers, but it seems to be mostly due to the machines. They take their time for sure. Maybe older machines?

I was a new donor and the woman that was checking me in was rude, actually I had to leave. I’m shocked I can’t believe that she spoke to me like she spoke to me. She’s black mark in my file. Are you kidding me! I wasn’t the one being a hag! She said I was going be there forever. I actually don’t think she wanted to take care of me. She even put some kind of mark on my file.
