Long waits 40 mins to donate. On top of that long waits. Makes it around 3 hours for each donation. 3 x 2 is 6 hours total what they request 2x s a week. Gets you paid depending on your weight. So not worth it.

Just go to biomat at least they pay more…I waited six months to be a new donor again and my first donation I received the one hundred dollar Amount the 2nd time I went back. They said I waited too long and they would only give me 47 which was supposed to be 100 as well as the next 3 donations after they. Are unprofessional and not very upfront in my opinion I’ll never go back there Hopefully they can use what little plasma They got for me for testing because I’ll never give them the amount They need for actual medication now due to their horrible business practice.

They never ever ever answer the phone. What’s the point in having one if you not gone use it. It’s just always something everytime i go or want to go. Y’all need to get it together over there. And get some professional training but the way y’all work isn’t professional!

I get paid more to deliver food than these people get paid to stick needles in arms, so that’s the first red flag.

Waited in line for 7 minutes to get vitals done, I was the only one in line. Had 4 staff members to do vitals but found it more important to stand in their little circle and gossip. So naturally my pulse was a little high and I couldn’t donate. It’s not like the place couldn’t use some cleaning.

The girl who was supposed to poke me was talking to another girl about how they didn’t get enough training on putting the needle in….I was like damn…this ain’t gonna be good. Sure enough, she sticks it in and shooting pains go up my arm..she proceeds to push the needle around causing burning and pain so bad I told her if she did stop I would stop her…she stopped and started looking around..she called another girl over who told her to wrap my arm up and use my other arm….the girl who poked me started saying he doesn’t have good veins…even though I have been stuck many times in my life and have never had an issue. I told her she wasn’t sticking my other arm and she called over the other girl who appeared just as inexperienced as she was…the new girl asked how I wanted her to stick me…I said? You’re asking me? Like I’m supposed to know? I then decided to ask for a tech I had before and she came over, stuck me and the machine started running like normal. I am now attempting to drive home with 2 arms in pain, wrapped up. Not worth the money. These techs need more training…you should never tell a person that you don’t know what you’re doing. The tech that stuck me correctly was named cass. She did a good job of recovering the situation and she had a good personality and didn’t make it out to be my fault like the other techs.

CSL Plasma Donation Center on Lewis, I wouldn’t say is all that great. This center is decent and I can say that it is clean. On the downside though this place never answer their phone. And they are very short staffed seems like a lot of staff come and go. And some of the staff you can tell that they really don’t like their job. The lines are also always super backed up because there’s either one staff member upfront or 2-3 staff members upfront. But there is a lot of chitchatting and not enough paying attention to getting the line moving. Every time that I have gone here, my visits are usually 2 to 3 1/2 hours long. Where it should only take an hour maybe an hour and a half at most if you are a return donor. I highly recommend not going to yes donation center. In the long run it’s just a waste of time.
