Should be zero. First visit, made me wait 20 minutes to tell me they can’t add new patients. Was only 5:10 when I walked in and they close at 7pm. No notice anywhere on website or front door stating they don’t take new donors after 5 or any certain time. Came back next day, went through whole process for new donors, including physical and blood check. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, they told me I can’t donate bc they accidentally put me in their system as Female instead of Male and have to wait a few days; said they would call me when their system is updated. They offered me $15. They took ALL my personal info: SS#, Address, email and I was told I had to leave with nothing except $15 IF I returned. They never called me back. Called their HQ, no answer after 3 days. Next stop is the lawyer.

I signed up with the agreement my 1st 5 donations $110,$120,$130,$140,$150. I donated end of April on Thurs then Saturday like they said. I came back the following Thursday and they dropped their pay to$70. Because they have new donor rates in May.This compony obviously deceives and lies to their donors. If I had known they did this I would have never came back for $70. Shame on this center for deception

If I could give this place a 0 for rating I would, I have all my paperwork in order, Then that was not great the first time, I went again to get more paperwork that was asked to bring back, I return for the second time a paper that was to be filled out was not given to me, like what more do you want trying to help save lives but not being up to park in what is needed to help lives, the gentleman say to me I apologize, I say to him it’s fine, and left, I am in the medical field also, and the mis information they give you, it’s really sad. I will not go to them no more.

I woke up this morning and just wouldn’t sit right in my heart of the review that I wrote of this facility yesterday yes I do not agree the way the things were handled yesterday it should have been handled differently I believe but I do apologize to management I have nothing against her she is actually a good worker I don’t have anything against anybody there but for anybody that I offended yesterday I do apologize and bottom line is I think things should have been handled differently customers are of value just because we’re the customers doesn’t make us less than that’s all I’m saying being more considerate to the people.. so today is sep 1 I am actually here I lifting today I’m actually sitting in the chair right now and I’ve been here since 3:23 I didn’t get put into the chair until about 5 something and they cleaned it I needed to be checked other I was already checked in the front and then leave the girls who were still here working on the floor had a nasty attitude about me asking and one actually was like what does she think she’s talkin to like that and I said oh all I was asking was do you guys have a chart with my name on it because they had already had called like at least six people before me so hopefully I was told that there’s a new manager maxor Matthew whatever his name is hopefully he’ll be able to fix the situation and not run just brush it under the rug like they’ve been doing here at this if I could give this place a zero Stars I would still still the same nasty attitudes from employees with people like us to customers to come in hereand it’s funny how I could go on here and still see people leaving bad reviews and yet management or whoever this is the same old will fix it this won’t happen again we want your experience to be good and then you come back in here and it’s still the same bad treatment and of course it’s not everybody it’s just some people

The lady with gold hair who is working the first stand was so rude to a guy that she made him squeeze his own finger…then his iron was low off one point and she laughed…that happened today n Im not going corporate because I had alot of good experience n there is good staff n maybe that was just a bad day…That guy is a father of two who works n also just lost his mom….I forgive her but her attitude needs to stay out of a place of business.There is ppl that needs the plasma ….

I have been a donor since the day the opened. Up until recently they were great they offered promotions. They stopped them last January thier excuse was everyone is getting I R.Schecjs. they started treating regular donors like spit. Yesterday they told me I’m banned because they offered a promotion. I asked when they would pay me for mine and they got angry. They need to check their personnel, they have become mean. I do not recommend anyone to donate there. They don’t know how to treat ppl right.

Best place in central palm beach to donate plasma , hands down. It may be a little wait , so bring a book, tablet, or something to entertain yourself. Some people find it a little cold so bring a blanket or they’ll provide a paper blanket I heard. The customer service is pretty good. Find a phlebologist or two here that do a real good repeat job of sticking you and you’ll do alright. It just feels so good saving lives in the process as well. The pay is pretty decent as well. If you are a fist timer thinking of giving plasma , this is the best place to do it at.

As a new donor/returning donor, I must say, I was in and OUT within one hour and thirty seven minutes. Straight forward, the nurse was nice, the screener that I had was pleasant and the floor techs , well they were doing too much chatting. Overall, I would give them 4.75 stars.
