I absolutely LOVE this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is amazing (all of them) and they make donating so much fun! All of the negative reviews on here are really unfair to them. Why would u show up an hour before they close anyway?! Don’t u think they want to go home just like you from a hard day of work?! Also, I’ve NEVER been stuck more than once. Maybe their veins are super deep or something lol. That’s not their fault. Y’all are amazing every day and I LOVE y’all!

If I could give this a no star, I definitely would. I went to go as a new donor from Mt. Pleasant. I left the minute I got off work. However, due to traffic, I saw I was running no more than 10 min behind their last time for new donors. I did the responsible thing and called them. I advised I was no more than 10 min away and I was a new donor. They advised that they will not accept me if I was 1 min later than 5:30pm. This is ridiculous. There should be a contingency rule for traffic issues. I ended up NOT going and decided I would try OctoPlasma on Rivers. They did take me and said they are understanding about traffic!!!

Hopefully a manager that care can see this but I am a regular at ADMA in Goose Creek,SC. When I first started coming here, I made sure to call to see when is the latest time I could donate. The receptionist told me as long as I come in before 6:59pm that I am good to donate. Well today on August 22nd, I walked in at 6:50pm. Amanda that was at the front told a donor that was sitting in the front “well I might as well go to my car and get my cigarettes since I know I’m gonna be here for another hour.” I ignored it and paid it no mind until she proceeded to leave the front and walk to the back and tell an employee that someone just walked through the door. I was not able to see the other employee but she yelled “really!! Coming in 10 minutes before closing is trash”……. I should never feel like I’m not welcomed when y’all are telling donors they can come in 1 minute before closing!!! I always come here and I always come close to closing because unfortunately I get off late so I donate when I can. I legit am bothered and uncomfortable and I hope someone can let every employee know what time is the cut off for donations so they won’t think it’s “trash “

Place always has something going on. Technical issues doesnt know how to submit blood samples in a certain time frame to the FDA. Took a vial of my blood as a sample then told tell me they lost my sample then demanded more blood from me. Overall clean establishment and respectful employees but upper management I feel like is lacking. Do better ADMA!

My name is Chasity Failey and If I could rate zero stars I would!!! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I have never been here to give blood. However my Blind husband Antonio Failey, is trained to travel he is ADA certified. He goes to the gym right next to the blood bank. Well they have a sign out on the sidewalk advertising their business but it’s blocking the whole sidewalk!! My husband and several employees from the Planet fitness gym where my husband goes every day have asked them to move the sign refuse to. So today August 7 2023 my husband tried to go around the sign and ended in the street. He was lost and could’ve gotten hit by a car!!!! So we did call the police my next step is to call the local news. However if this place doesn’t care about citizens. Why go and donate to them just something to think about.

This place is a scam. They forget to tell you that you will only get the “new donor” bonus if you go within 30 days of signing up. They won’t tell you that their “phlebotomists” are gonna bruise your arms so bad that going within 30 days to get the bonus is impossible. And instead of trying to even correct it they get an attitude and immediately talk about how all policies are posted on the door. What.Ever. Stay away from this place seriously.

Truth Needs to be told
Supposedly deferred due to a non listed federal guideline about some thyroid issue I don’t have not listed. I never saw anything about an option I don’t have any issue whatsoever. And I’m not sure what this lady supervisor lied to her about. But I asked for proof and didn’t receive it at all. I simply swallowed a piece of fireball and it made me cough a bit. Other than that I am perfectly fine. Racism at its finest. I was left in a room when the young man was called out during a physical lab test he was doing with me and wasn’t told what else to do. Beyond unprofessional. & absolutely no explanation given to me. I am not upset about the donation but I’m glad that I was able to experience and give a review as to the lies and made up guidelines that aren’t read to you or given to you once they find something is wrong with you on their end. All I want is proof and documentation as to why I’m unable to donate & I wasn’t even given that option. Something this lady came up with and lied about. I have nothing wrong with my thyroid’s I am a perfectly healthy vegetarian in her 40’s.

Staff is 50/50 depending on who you get really, some will bruise your arm and re stick you multiple times others are quick and gentle barely feel the needle, I’m only leaving a review now cause they’ve been closed for a week due to “computer issues” and nobody can answer the phone and give a more detailed description of what’s happening

This facility is clean. Staff is friendly. The screening process is fast. No long wait times. They are very clear with fees that will be given to donors. Some of the donors become friends staff. I found this to be distracting. Once in a rush to finish a conversation the employee was not a gentle as you should be with a needle . I have been left with cuff placed on me too tight to the point I lost feeling in my fingers. Once the machine was alarming for at 3 minutes. She advised she didn’t hear it, and asked why didn’t I say something. She was in a conversation that was clearly more important than the alarm and me.
