We sat there for 3 hours to be told that one of us needs a protein sample and the second one could donate but it wouldn’t be as a new donor but as a return. When we went in they said we would both be new Donors and had to wait to be seen. The moment we finally got called up they opened our folders and told us all this. When they could have just started with that from the beginning and saved me 3 hours. They are severely understaffed and are constantly playing behind the counters or just standing while there is a horde of people in the front. Corporate call is next.

So irritating. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So twice appointment got screwed up because we tried to call to speak with someone to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late from being stuck in traffic, but no one would answer the phone. Then twice, after about 100 rings, they answered and hung up!!!

Staff is great. But it is an unsteady feeling when all the new folks are nervous and looking like they don’t know what they are doing. They stick me all up my arm. The machine stops constantly. I think better training before they start sticking folks would be nice.
