I have been to this location twice. Both visits, one of which was this morning ended up with me walking out. The door chimes when you walk in, but both times there was no one at the lobby desk. I waited 15 minutes, getting up and checking down the hall for some sight of anyone. I could hear employees talking in the back but no one ever came out front. This was 9:30 am and they were not busy. A gentleman finished giving blood and went to the rest area and still no sign of life. I was disappointed that things had not changed since the last time I visited.

It is sooooo frustrating that We keep wanting to donate, and every time we do, this location changes their schedule on the days they are open. Sun/Mon/Tue CLOSED !!!! To me, discouraging.
