A lot of negativity can be said about this location, but the people are great. After 3 years donating, I have come to know many of them, and most of them are truly nice. Sure, the location is outdated, when compared to other places, but the money is too good to pass up, especially when I donate twice a week and average $5k+ a year. Will definitely give a shout out to Carol, Clay, Holly, Stacey, and countless others that make each visit welcoming. You guys are the best.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who can easily access a different place. The employees argue back and forth with each other they also pick and choose who they will send back. If your white I’ve noticed and been on the receiving end of being turned away 3 weeks in a row for high heart rate only to have the nice lady Kara check my rate and it be 60 or 70 standard to donate. One of the only professional people there who is honest and helpful and one other older African American lady who was pleasant but the rest of the front staff are very very rude.

So I donated my plasma for a weak 45 dollars, an ATM rips me off. The ATM number is inactive. The card used by csl has no dispute transaction and the person I spoke to won’t undo the transaction.

This place is ok. But the staff is rude , people that donate smokes marijuana.. before giving .. plus this place is and every place is a damn shame to call saving lives . I am a nurse that works in a ER that’s what you call saving lives. Donating a blood saves a life .. donating organs saves lives .. it’s sad the plasma being received from some have drugs , marijuana in it .and another thing you can’t sit in the if you do not donate but you ride with a friend and still can’t sit in there but if your boyfriend , girlfriend or wife or husband works there it’s ok for them . They need to force the same rules to the. Staff as well to the public.

I started going here first place I had went to in August of 2022 only a few people there could stick me and I mean like 2. Then they started messing with me bad and I quit going in November. My boyfriend stayed there and I would take him to donate. One day one of the workers upfront who checks people in didn’t do her job right told him his heart rate was to high and two mins later called him back up to do it again instead of letting him wait. He went above her and got someone else so this lady proceeds to verbally attack him and follow him back to the woman in charge and keep arguing with him about the ordeal pretty sure she got fired for it as she should of very unprofessional of her. After that though he started getting messed with every single time he went for months always the same lie his heart rate is 140 155 one time they said 160 smh yea right and everytime he got get the woman in charge she retake it and what do you know it be 67 or 55 they have very nasty people who work here and are racist and if your white be warned you will be messed with. Glad we no longer go to this place

Really horrible management. They pick on people that are not favorites. They allow micromanaging to the fullest. They are not flexible. They don’t care about you personal life as far as kids. They ask if you if you need help with a flexible schedule but then tell you no. They try to force you to quit by finding ways to pick with you. Susan doesn’t know how to talk to people. If you are in a SR position you will not be paid for it nor respected. They try to make you change things about you such as your hair. If you are in reception they will make you clean up the donor floor as well. Even while the people who are supposed to do is just standing around. They don’t care about employees safety unless it’s a friend. The place has lost over 85% of its staff. They are unfair and can be very prejudice and racist. Worked there 2 times and the first time it was ok but the second was horrible. I was pick on about my hair style almost everyday although it wasn’t against policy. The point system is crazy and there is always someone looking over your shoulder instead of doing their own work.
