The staff are all very nice. I am a fainting risk, so I told them that and they took extra precautions like ice packs, adjusting the chair to elevate my legs, staying close and checking in on me, and having me sit longer than most people do. They were all very pleasant to talk to and checked in on me. If you are smaller like me and worried about passing out, they do a great job preventing that, just let them know. The building itself is very clean and nice.

Got my name wrong. Trouble finding a vein first visit then someone else took over. Second time kept jabbing me could not get needle in. Told they were giving me “the best person “. Then wanted someone else to try. No thanks! Arm is very sore. Will not go back. If they cant take blood maybe they should close down and save taxpayers money.
