The process is pretty simple & they do pay you $100 for a first visit. But they don’t tell you that you’ll be receiving the cash on a prepaid card that can only be used at certain locations. They also don’t tell you that you’ll be charged every single time you swipe your card. Even if it declines. You’ll also be charged if you try to move the money into your bank account. So that $100 is more like $60-80.

They turned me down for a donation because of a “scratch” on my finger that they say needs to heal first. Here is the picture of the middle finger with the so called scratch on the left side of my fingernail. You be the judge. If anyone wants to be a part of a class action lawsuit, let me know.

I went into this location as a first time donor and was made uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the building. I didn’t get the women’s name but it was a short dark skin woman. She made an insulting statement about my clothes, then she was setting rules for the establishment that was not presented to the public. Meaning they have all of those posters on the wall but no poster of rules. I was standing in line to give the man at the front desk my information then the lady steps in and tells me I can’t wear sunglasses anywhere in the building. I said ok and took them off. Then the man at the front desk told me to read a packet which was explaining what I would be doing the risk and there was also a video for me to watch. I watched the video and read the packet and went to let the man at the front desk know that I had finished . The lady intervened once again with my first time donor process and said it takes 20 minutes to read that packet, so at this point I’m fed up with the lady. CLEARLY she thinks I’m ignorant. Not everyone reads at the same reading level and some read faster than others. So I felt that she was a reflection of her staff and decided to leave. But I did donate elsewhere and was treated so much better.

I haven’t even visited the location yet and attempted to call to speak with a representative who put me on hold before I could say anything and I patiently waited . After waiting 10-15 minutes she comes back to the line and before I can unmute my line she hung up . I didn’t get a sec to say anything before she hung up. I call back to speak someone it’s say young lady and she was argumentative about the matter even though I was calm. I attempted to express my point of view and then ask her to just answer the question I was simply one trying to say and she hung up on me! I definitely have the impression the facility is employees with disrespectful staff and I will see to contact higher management because this is unacceptable! The lady who was at reception from 9am -10am needs to be spoke to if you ask me because that kind of representation is a bad look for them!

Been going for years, seen many employees come and go but this newest batch of people and management completely suck. The OG(Ty, Ana, Tamika I believe is her name and few others) employees always been cool and no hard feelings toward them. I was recently deferred for some bogus reason and like some reviews say they don’t want to tell you stuff over the phone but would rather you waste your time to come up there just to say No. Honestly y’all need to review policies and get rid of all the rude employees and it also shows how much your own employees hate thos place since they speak about it openly

This place is GARBAGE. Would rather give my blood to vampires than go back to this god forsaken place. They’re extremely rude and if you stand up for yourself they will defer you. Management doesn’t stay on top of staff. Google AND THEIR OWN APP says they’re open until 4pm on Saturdays. They have yet to change it to the correct time of 3pm & blame you if you don’t make it there before 3pm like it’s your fault. They take no accountability for their actions and do not care to make things right. The staff and management are both lazy POS that don’t care as much about saving lives as they do getting off work and that’s just DISGUSTING. THEY ARE ALL IN THE WRONG INDUSTRY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH REAL MEDICAL WORKERS THAT CARE ABOUT THW PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY NEED PLASMA. & please take my word for gold, since im a gold member with them having donated 40+ times this year with them alone. & yes, they will be hearing from my lawyers regarding the false advertising of their closing times on their app. See you soon CSL

They keep going this rate and don’t shape up there act they won’t be around very long. You mess with God’s people he will turn your life into something you don’t want. Lazy and didn’t want take me because they said I had to eat right before coming in. I explained that I had ate 3 hrs prior. And right before she openly complained to her boss about the amount of people they had. But there were only 5 people in the waiting room I would’ve been the 6th. There were only 13 names on the sign in sheet for the day. People are willing to donate but this is part of the reason people change their mind.
