I have been donating plasma now for about 5 years and today l came I to the Roseville Michigan Location as a new donor for the very 1st time. I don’t like this one l been here for over two hours and still have not even done a physical all l did was watch the videos and they still have me waiting to see a nurse l would have given them a zero but l had to give atleast one star to leave a review … For me this location is a thumbs down for a lack of customer service and Professionalism . The not so nice lady said that she will quit this job. She said that she is the nurse at the front she is the person at the Register she is the one doing screening is two people in here working the entire front office. She said that when finished with school she is leaving this place cause she a year away from making 100.00 a hour. She said that they are short staffed and if they close down everybody will take a hit. the donors and the workers so bare with her baby

For my experience being at CSL I can say it was quite difficult I couldn’t passed my blood pressure part because of me being Nervous !! but it took my 4th try passing it only because one of the nice staff helped calm my nerve !!! Thank you Antonio for helping me get the chance to donate my plasma .

I called for employment. Sharmaine (however you spell her name) is so ghetto and rude, it is pathetic. I don’t know how she became an ACM. I explained how I already filled out an application AND had the requisition number, so she can pull my application faster. Her response was “If they want you, they’ll look up your app and call you for an interview.” Wth? CSL either needs people or they don’t. I asked if her name was Sharmaine and even her “yea” was said nastily. I told her “nevermind” and hung up the phone. I don’t even want to work with an Assistant Manager that speaks like she did. I can only imagine the rudeness in person.

This location sucks tbh it was dirty there were string cheese wrappers on the floor by the vitals booth a cigarette butt chilling under the chairs by vitals the donor floor was littered with trash and it took me 3 total hours from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out even tho it only took me 35 minutes to actually donate this is through no fault of the employees and they were all extremely friendly even tho they are severely short staffed I blame management for their poor employee retention that has led to longer waits and a dirty facilty
