I had a fantastic experience! Corey & Angela took great care of me! It was my 2nd and 3rd time donating. When I started feeling wonky Angela took excellent care of me! She was kind, professional and knew exactly what to do so I could finish my donation. They have excellent attitudes and I appreciate such a positive experience!

Security is super prejudice and just rude! Website and Google say it closes at 5pm. I walked in at 4pm, why did none of the staff tell us they were closed or closing at 4 until I stood in line after completing my questionnaire on the app while waiting 15 min to calm my pulse down from walking over there, did they want to make a scene telling me to leave the building immediately while holding onto his gun or taser like he has to be prepared to use force or something.

The staff is horrible, they don’t open on time, they’re kiosks are always broken, they’re not clean. They open at 7am, a worker just came outside to tell everyone that it would be hours before they can open since the nurse scheduled won’t show up. Literally any other place is better than here.

The service here is the absolutely the worst I and about 20 other donors have waited an hour in line to get to the bay. And the bay is empty there is ‘NO POSITIVE DONOR EXPERIENCE HERE’ I will never come back here ever again

This place has nice staff. Very professional and compassionate. Saturday and Sunday hours has just recently changed from 8-7 to 8-5.

Went for my third donation tonight. This place is the most ghetto unorganized and unprofessional plasma center I have ever been to in 20 years of donating. It was closing time. As a newer donor I can’t even ask a question without getting attitude. I will go back to my other center from now on. I can’t even with this place and the unfortunately people who work there. No wonder they have 3 stars.

Horrible business when it comes to their closing point. They are the only CSL that locks the doors an hour and a half early before they closed so that they won’t get anymore patients. They should be locking their doors atleast 30-20 minutes before they closed so that people can still donate, not at all the way they got it going.

This place it’s self is trash, management is horrible, they’re always talking about each other it’s ridiculous. They can’t even keep employees to work there long enough so everyone is always training. Employees are always walking around or talking. I always see all of them on their phone while screening, one of the receptionist was even ordering Uber eats while screening me. Pierre the manager is rude he doesn’t even know how to help. That older woman in the front always has an attitude too. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I didn’t want to leave a star, because this place is a joke. I’m always in line to go the donor floor at least an hour or more, but you look at the donor floor employees are standing around laughing and talking, and you can see the empty beds and machines, The front staff is not cross trained, so at least 6 of them are standing around not doing anything. The bosses don’t care they are laughing and talking too, and there were not that many people in there to donate. I will be emailing the CEO, because obliviously management doesn’t care.
