I felt compelled to take a moment and give a five-star review to your location in Sarasota Florida on Lockwood ridge road from the manager Derek to the manager turquoise they are always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty not only for myself but every other client that intends to dislocation. They have done such a great job training their staff that they always act in a professional and courteous manner I don’t know what else I can say for this location other than the managers have done a great job and continue to do a great job as well as a staff they certainly deserve not only a five-star review but as I said earlier they deserve the quality service award of the year

I have a very good donation experience every single time , yes there has been times I was fustrated about the wait. But those days are long gone. I really see the difference in the experience now that there’s a new APPOINTMENT SYSTEM IN PLACE. And everytime I visit to donate it swift positive and relaxing and excitement while donating. The environment is very relaxing and less intense experience. Thank you gifols staff and management @ the Sarasota FL Location

Worst set if staff. EVERY 1ST DONATION they bruise my arm..so I stopped going since MULTIPLE STAFF members could not hit a vein without fishing in my arm. Finally came back today for the promotion. I overheard the staff member discussing how long it would take me to get done bc I had to have a physical before donating since I had been gone awhile. I was fine to wait for the physical. Then a staff member tied off my arm and did a few touches and called my arm red saying there was no vien. Took me to another staff who blamed it on my “lack of water”. Mind you..no one actually let me do the physical or the check I’m xheckup. 15 mins til closing “I’m dehydrated “.

I was giving plasma and a male worker came up to the bed and kicked it as i was giving plasma. He said with anger! Open your eyes. I had just closed them for one second. I was not asleep. I have seen other donors fall asleep and they still did not do this to them. I feel very disrespected. I ask how much do i get for my donation. Everytime they tell me different from what i was told i would get. They told me 100 for my third donation and i got 50. Most of the staff are very nice and caring. But i dont know if ill ever go back there after this.

Don’t go to this place they were bought out by another company and they changed everything up stay away from biomat they don’t care about regular donors they changed all their policies and procedures and didn’t tell no one ahead of time that you had to make an appointment then you go in on your regular donation day like you have every week forever and they’re like oh we don’t have no appointments available for a few days so I wasted my gas and they didn’t have the decency to tell you stay away I’m telling you now they change the pay card and do you have to pay to get your money off the card? They do a really good job of making you feel safe and welcome. They do excellent job of working efficiently to get everyone through as quickly as possible. They have handled the pandemic very responsibly and effectively making sure they follow all the guidelines and procedures. The front staff are always so friendly.
